Electrical Engineer

ABOUT US AIM builds autonomy for the real world—robots that move mountains. Our systems combine software, electronics, mechanics, perception, and mission-critical infrastructure into ruggedized machines operating on jobsites around the world. We replace manual, repetitive, and high-risk work with intelligent machines that transform how earthmoving gets done. Electrical engineering is a critical part of these systems. Our autonomy hardware includes compute platforms, sensors, power systems, safety mechanisms, and wiring architectures that must perform reliably in harsh environments. We build electronics that operate through dust, mud, vibration, temperature swings, and the realities of field deployment. We're growing quickly, scaling globally, and building the technology foundation that will shape the future of construction and autonomy.
