We operate with intensity because our mission demands it. At Eight Sleep, we bring the same mindset as the world’s top performers: focused, relentless, and always pushing to be in the top 1% of our craft. Think Kobe Bryant’s mamba mentality, applied to bold ideas, next-gen tech, and flawless execution. This isn’t a 9-to-5. Our team is deeply committed, often putting in 60+ hours a week –not because we’re told to, but because we’re invested. We’re here to build fast, push limits, and deliver without compromise. If you thrive under pressure and want to do the most meaningful work of your career, you’ll feel right at home. If you’re looking for something easier –this isn’t it.   THE ROLE Our mobile showrooms bring the Pod to people where they are: at their offices, in their driveways and around their neighborhoods. Each visit is an intimate, one-on-one demo experience. As an Eight Sleep Advisor, you are the face of this activation and the reason someone goes from curious to convinced. Your role is to deliver an educational, immersive, and exciting experience to every guest, guiding them through the Pod's technology, consulting on how it fits their lifestyle, and facilitating a seamless sale. The Pod is a premium, high-consideration product. The people who excel in this role are consultative sellers: they listen first, identify needs, and position Eight Sleep as the answer to a problem the guest didn't fully know they had. This is a hands-on sales role based in Eight Sleep's mobile retail showroom, which travels between high-traffic shopping destinations, major sporting events, and brand activations. The role involves travel and working across different cities as the program expands. You’ll start with our Dallas showroom through the end of the year. In January, we’re launching new mobile showrooms that will travel across the US, and we’d love for you to grow with us and join one of these tours. Ideal for someone who wants a long-term role with Eight Sleep and is excited to travel. WHAT YOU'LL BRING - Experience in sales, premium retail, hospitality, or a similarly customer-facing role. - Strong communication skills and the ability to build trust, explain technology, and handle objections confidently. - A results-driven mindset with genuine enthusiasm for selling and exceeding targets. - The ability to work independently, take ownership, and solve problems in a fast-moving environment. - Willingness and flexibility to travel, work across different cities for extended periods, and work weekends and special events. BONUS POINTS - Experience selling luxury, premium, or high-ticket products. - A proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales goals. - Experience in pop-up retail, mobile retail, or experiential brand activations. - A passion for sleep, wellness, fitness, or consumer technology. TRAINING - Two-day onboarding covering the demo script, Pod technology, objection handling, pricing and financing, and POS purchase flow. - Visit to the Eight Sleep San Francisco or NYC office to learn engineering specifics from the team and sleep on a Pod yourself.
