Founding Sales Development Representative

At Moxie, we empower ambitious aesthetic entrepreneurs to build profitable, independent practices—without burnout, overwhelm, or guesswork. In just a few years, we've grown from an idea to a global, remote-first team now supporting 700+ practices nationwide. Our purpose is simple: to unlock sustainable success for aesthetic entrepreneurs, at every stage of their journey. Sales Development Representative We're looking for two founding Sales Development Representatives — one East Coast, one West Coast — to build and operationalize Moxie's outbound motion from the ground up. This isn't a traditional volume-dial SDR seat: you'll work in a pod model directly alongside Account Executives, co-owning strategy, messaging, and channel selection to re-engage past prospects and surface net-new opportunities in our highest-value segment — experienced operators and enterprise accounts. The playbooks you build in this role won't just drive your own pipeline — they'll become the foundation for scaling the SDR function beyond these first two hires. You'll turn short-term outbound experiments into a durable, repeatable pipeline engine, with real input into how Moxie approaches re-engagement and net-new sourcing for this segment. Our Objectives for the Role - Ramp fully on our outbound stack and re-engage a meaningful slice of dormant/past prospects in your pod's book, booking qualified meetings for your AE partners - Build and own your pod's outbound playbook — messaging, sequences, and channel mix — in partnership with your AE pod, iterating based on results to improve reply and meeting-booked rates over time - Fully own outbound execution for your pod's territory with minimal oversight, while building a strong working rhythm with your 3 AEs, the other SDR, and Marketing - Launch a second outbound initiative, such as a new channel or a targeted account-based play for the enterprise segment, and document your playbook well enough for a third SDR to ramp on quickly - Drive consistent, quantifiable contribution to pod pipeline and closed-won revenue in the enterprise/experienced-operator segment, actively shaping how Moxie thinks about re-engagement and net-new sourcing strategy for the segment - Work closely with Marketing and Revenue Operations to support event, webinar, faculty training and other community initiatives in pre event preparation and post event follow up to drive pipeline We're Looking For - We're looking for candidates with 2-4 years of experience in sales development or a similar outbound-focused role. Experience building or iterating on outbound processes, especially in high-growth or early-stage environments, is highly valued. - Someone who wants real ownership and creative latitude early in their sales career — energized by solving problems, not just running a script - Comfort operating without a fully built playbook; you'll be creating the process, not inheriting one - Strong collaborator instincts — this is a team-selling role where you'll co-own strategy with your AE pod, not work in isolation - Large experienced operators running successful aesthetic practices or complex-sale exposure is a plus, but we're open to strong generalists and early-career candidates with the right hustle and culture fit - Comfort with a modern outbound tech stack (we'll get you fully ramped, but adaptability matters) Why Join Us? - This is a ground-floor opportunity to build Moxie's outbound motion from scratch — not a traditional cold-call SDR seat, but a true team-selling role where you help shape strategy, messaging, and channels alongside your AE pod and Marketing - A fast, visible path toward AE or sales leadership by proving you can build systems that work in our highest-value segment - You'll be one of the first two people to define what this function looks like at Moxie — the playbooks you build become the standard as the team scales At Moxie, we believe in creating a workplace where everyone feels valued, trusted, and included. Our team lives by our values: act as owners, give more than we take, move with speed and care, and simplify and learn every day. We welcome people of all backgrounds, experiences, and perspectives to apply. If you require any accommodations to fully participate in the interview process, please let us know, we’re happy to assist.
