About the Team: The Sales Enablement team at AlphaSense is an integrated and dynamic team that works cross-functionally to drive results for the Revenue organization. We identify skill/knowledge gaps and opportunities for optimization to shape a scalable enablement strategy that improves overall efficiency and effectiveness of the revenue team. Our team is extremely passionate about continuous employee growth and helping others realize and reach their full potential while maximizing output across the organization. About the Role: We are seeking a driven Sales Enablement Lead to scale and operationalize our global enablement programs across the APAC region, with a primary focus on Account Executive (AE) onboarding, ramp, and continuous execution within our Financial Services business. This person will play a critical role in accelerating time-to-productivity for new hires, equipping them with the highly specialized skills, tools, and domain knowledge needed to sell to sophisticated financial buyers. A vital component of this role will be driving enablement strategies that support AlphaSense's strategic commercial evolution. You will equip our sales force to navigate complex commercial frameworks, specifically focusing on transitioning clients to usage-based pricing (UBP) models and positioning our advanced AI-powered capabilities. In close collaboration with Sales Leadership, Product Marketing, and Revenue Operations, you will deliver high-impact onboarding experiences, structured ramp plans, and advanced upskilling initiatives that improve performance, retention, and strategic execution. This role is based in Singapore. Who You Are: • Financial Services Domain Expert: You have a deep, practical understanding of the financial services ecosystem. You have either successfully sold to investment banks, private equity (PE) firms, and hedge funds, or you have direct professional experience working within one of these buy-side or sell-side roles. • Commercial Transformation Catalyst: You have proven experience or a strong understanding of how to enable sales organizations through major commercial transitions, specifically moving from legacy flat-rate subscription models to usage-based pricing (UBP) frameworks. • AI Enablement Champion: You understand how to train AEs to pivot from standard feature-based software demos to high-impact, workflow-driven, and artifact-based demos that clearly prove the ROI of artificial intelligence. • AI, Tools & Systems Proficiency: You are proficient with AI and enjoy exploring new tools to improve how you work. You have strong working knowledge of enablement and sales platforms, including MindTickle, Salesforce, and Claude. • AE Performance Obsessed: You are a sales-enablement professional who understands the unique mechanics of the AE role, from pipeline generation to closing sophisticated enterprise deals, and what it takes for them to exceed quota. • Collaborative Partner: You work seamlessly cross-functionally with Sales Leadership, Product Marketing, and Revenue Operations to build cohesive ramp and continuous learning experiences. • Data-Driven Thinker: You continuously evaluate program impact, track ramp KPIs, and iterate to improve time-to-productivity. • Clear and Effective Communicator: You can break down highly complex financial concepts, regulatory shifts, and technical AI features into actionable, digestible content for AEs. • Adaptable in a Fast-Paced Environment: You thrive in a hyperscale environment where priorities shift quickly and not every answer is available. You are comfortable with ambiguity, take ownership, and work independently to solve problems with resilience. What You’ll Do: • Own and Scale AE Enablement: Own and continuously improve the AE onboarding, ramp, and ongoing enablement programs to ensure new and existing AEs in APAC are equipped to succeed quickly and remain aligned with global programs. • Enable the UBP Transition: Develop and deliver training programs, deal-desk guidelines, and qualification decision trees that empower AEs to confidently position, structure, and sell usage-based credit models. • Drive AI Value Positioning: Create sales playbooks, certifications, and high-impact demo methodologies that help AEs prove the tangible ROI of AlphaSense’s AI capabilities to sophisticated financial users. • Partner with Sales Leadership: Collaborate closely with Financial Services Sales Leadership to define success metrics, ramp milestones, and continuous performance expectations tailored to AE segments. • Develop Specialized Content: Design role-specific content, learning paths, and competitive positioning strategies tailored specifically to selling to investment bankers, PE investors, and hedge fund managers. • Provide Strategic Coaching: Provide targeted 1:1 and group coaching to reinforce key discovery, negotiation, and closing skills, particularly around complex financial negotiations and UBP transitions. • Measure & Iterate: Track onboarding performance, ramp KPIs, and enablement program adoption to identify areas for improvement and iterate on program design.
