Account Executive

About StackOne StackOne is the integration infrastructure for AI agents. Backed by GV and Workday Ventures ($24M raised), we make it possible for any AI agent — whether our customers build it into their product or buy it off the shelf — to take real action across the enterprise stack. Our platform gives agents 430+ connectors and 26,000+ pre-built actions, an AI connector builder for everything not covered yet, and the production layer agents actually need: semantic tool discovery that cuts token use by up to 80%, managed authentication and per-action permissions, the most accurate prompt injection defense on the market, and end-to-end observability. Join us on our fast trajectory to build the future of agentic integrations. ROLE Own ARR and pipeline targets as an Account Executive at StackOne, driving revenue growth in agentic integrations, one of the fastest-moving areas of B2B AI. You'll own the UK-EU territory — a market where StackOne already has customers, brand, and momentum — and run it with a high degree of autonomy. Full-cycle sales ownership across inbound and outbound, selling to our three ICPs and closing flagship UK-EU accounts. You'll partner async with our US-based CEO and Founding GTM on strategy and deals, while working from our London office (min 2 days a week) alongside our CTO and the product and engineering team. If you want a territory to own rather than a playbook to follow, this is it. WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING - Own UK-EU revenue and pipeline targets tied directly to closed ARR. - Run full-cycle sales across inbound (PLG-driven developer traction) and outbound motions. - Sell to three ICPs: AI-native startups building agents, enterprise teams embedding AI into existing products, and SaaS platforms embedding StackOne for their customers. - Execute and iterate on the UK-EU outbound motion (account targeting, messaging, sequencing, experimentation). - Run live product demos independently and speak credibly about APIs, MCP, and integration architecture. - Partner with pre-sales engineers on deeper technical validation and enterprise security conversations. - Collaborate closely with Product Marketing to refine messaging for technical buyers. - Help build early UK-EU lighthouse accounts and expansion playbooks. - Track and report on pipeline health, deal velocity, forecasting accuracy, and win rates. QUALIFICATIONS - 2–5 years of B2B SaaS closing experience with clear evidence of overperformance and rapid progression. - Strong track record of owning revenue targets, not just supporting deals. - Experience in early-stage or fast-growing startup environments. - Experience selling dev tools, APIs, infrastructure, or other highly technical products. - Comfortable selling to engineers, CTOs, and technical founders, and running demos independently. - Exposure to AI/LLM products, agentic platforms, or meaningful hands-on experience with AI tools. - High ownership mindset, bias for action, and comfort operating with autonomy — your GTM partners are US-based, so you'll run your patch without daily oversight. Nice to have: iPaaS/integrations background, security/compliance exposure (SOC 2, HIPAA), experience selling alongside PLG motions. Dealbreaker: pure enterprise sales background with no exposure to startup environments. BENEFITS - Join one of Europe's fastest-growing startups. - Work alongside an experienced team, with backgrounds from Google, Microsoft, Oracle, Coinbase, JP Morgan, and more - Meaningful share options (EMI) — share in the company's success as we grow. - Flexible hours and hybrid working — some flexibility in start and finish times, with 2 days minimum in our London office (come in more if you prefer!) - 25 days holiday + 1 additional day per year of tenure. - Private health insurance — including dental & optical. - £15/day lunch budget when working from our London office, up to £180/month. - £1,000 for your home office setup + £500/year top-up. - Health, fitness and gift card discounts. - Cycle2Work and Electric Cars scheme. - Annual team offsites to sunny spots (last ones were in Croatia and Portugal ☀️) Ready to help us change the game for SaaS integrations?
