B2B Marketing Manager

A people-powered network where everyday users share unused bandwidth in exchange for compensation. It's built around consumers rather than businesses, shaping how it operates from the ground up. Inside, that same directness shows up as a culture of speed and real ownership, where small teams take ideas from concept to launch themselves. We have the supply — a verified, on-demand global workforce and a growing roster of business clients. What we do not have yet is a brand, a positioning, or a repeatable way to grow. That is what this role is for. You start with something real and build the commercial layer on top of it. No playbook. Some ambiguity. A lot of ownership. In this role, you’ll: • Define positioning, messaging framework, and tone of voice. Work with design to shape the visual identity. • Translate what the product does into what businesses want to hear. Turn real technical capabilities into clear B2B solutions that make sense to a marketing director or a founder. • Own the B2B website end-to-end. Write the copy, structure the landing pages, and get it live. Then keep improving it based on what the data tells you. • Figure out where our B2B buyers actually spend their time — LinkedIn, industry events, cold outreach — and build the go-to-market motion to reach them. • Set up the lead generation engine. Content marketing, targeted outreach, paid experiments. The goal is to get the right people into the pipeline. • Produce content that builds credibility before the first sales call: blog posts, whitepapers, success stories. • Create the sales materials the team actually needs to have better conversations — decks, one-pagers, case studies. • Work closely with the product owner, business development, marketing specialists, and other team members. Small team. Short feedback loops. Your work will be seen and used immediately. Your skills & experience: • 3+ years in B2B marketing — SaaS, AdTech, or tech services preferred • You have launched something before. A product, a brand, a GTM motion. You know what zero-to-one looks like when it is not going well, and you know how to fix it. • Comfortable writing B2B copy across different formats — website pages, outreach emails, longer-form content. • You understand how B2B inbound actually works. Content that generates leads, not just traffic. • You are okay not having everything figured out from day one. Some ambiguity is part of the job, and that does not put you off. • Familiar with CRM, CMS, and analytics tools. Salary & Benefits: • Gross salary: Gross salary from 3,200 EUR/month — specific offer based on experience. • Growth & Learning: 40+ internal learning options, external conferences, mentorship, and year-round knowledge-sharing. • Health & Well-being: Private health insurance, psychotherapy, on-site well-being consultants, 24/7 gym access, and a wellness app. • Celebration & Community: Team events, an overseas workation, quarterly team-building budgets, and plenty of ways to mark milestones together. Plus bonus vacation days, paid life-moment days off, barista coffee, and all the tools you need. See the full list of benefits here: https://career.oxylabs.io/blog/our-work-benefits/.
