Founding Mid-Market Account Executive

ABOUT NEVIS Nevis is building the world’s first AI wealth management platform. We are building the system financial advisors will run on for the next decade. Our AI completes work, automates workflows end to end, and frees advisors to spend more time with clients. In the future, every wealth management firm will run on Nevis. Nevis was founded by an exceptional team of ex-Revolut executives and has raised $110 million in just two years, including a $70 million Series B led by EQT Ventures & Growth, backed by world-leading investors including Sequoia Capital, ICONIQ, and Ribbit. THE ROLE We are hiring our founding Mid-Market Account Executives to accelerate Nevis' go to market motion. This is a rare opportunity to join a hyper growth AI startup at the earliest stage of commercialisation and bring Nevis to hundreds of growing RIAs and wealth management firms across the US. This is a builder's seat: you'll be sourcing pipeline, running the sales cycle, and co-creating the GTM engine that MM AEs will run on. WHAT YOU'LL DO - Own a new logo quota across growing RIAs and independent wealth management firms. - Build and manage a high volume pipeline through outbound, events, referrals and inbound. - Run structured discovery, quantify business impact, and manage multi-stakeholder buying processes to close. - Navigate security, compliance and procurement reviews quickly without losing momentum. - Partner with Post Sales to drive successful onboarding, adoption and expansion. - Maintain strong CRM hygiene and operate on a clear weekly cadence. - Consistently beat ARR targets while keeping a disciplined, accurate pipeline and forecast. WHO YOU ARE - 3+ years of closing B2B SaaS/AI deals, ideally in a full cycle, velocity or mid-market role. - A track record of consistently beating quota, with numbers you can clearly walk through. - Experience closing $50K to $250K ARR deals in short sales cycles. - Highly ambitious and competitive. You set high goals, hold yourself accountable to them, and want to grow quickly. - A natural hunter who loves prospecting and closing deals in a high paced environment. - Able to simplify advanced AI concepts and communicate clear ROI to business leaders. - Organised and disciplined, comfortable running many deals at once without dropping the ball. - A startup mindset. Autonomous, adaptable, fast moving, and hungry to win. NICE TO HAVE - Experience selling into RIAs, wealth management firms, custodians, or broader financial services. - Experience selling AI, automation or workflow software. - Experience building or scaling a new segment or motion from the ground up.
