The Role We're hiring a Market Expansion Executive to own new business across a selected region. You'll report to our VP of Sales and be part of a team who builds our presence in major metro markets, owning the whole sales lifecycle from initial contact to close This is a full-cycle, individual contributor role. You'll sell to commercial real estate owners, asset managers, and property operators. Because we're early in many of these markets, you'll also help shape how we go to market there, with a direct line to leadership and real influence on the playbook. The recipe to success is not measured in cold outreach. This role succeeds by curating relationships through in person events. We measure coffees, dinners, sports games, golf, concerts and community far more than a cold call or email. If you love to be on the go, like to have fun and hate being in the office you will excel. What you'll do - Lead the charge in expanding Vend Park’s presence by identifying and closing new business opportunities across both established and untapped markets. - Build and foster relationships with real estate owners and operators, positioning Vend as the go-to partner for increasing property value with innovative parking technology. - Run complex sales cycles with multiple stakeholders, including asset managers, property managers, finance, and ownership. - Showcase how Vend Park reduces operating costs and increases parking revenue for their properties. - Develop territory plans for new markets with the VP of Sales and Head of Revenue, and share what you learn from the field to sharpen our pitch, pricing, and targeting. - Own your forecast and keep leadership updated on pipeline and deal progress. - Travel to meet prospects and close deals on site (up to 20%). What we're looking for - 8+ years of Account Executive, B2B closing experience, with a track record of closing deals of $100K+ ACV in complex, multi-stakeholder sales. - Experience selling to commercial real estate owners or operators, proptech, parking, or building technology experience is a strong plus. - Comfort building your own pipeline, including cold outreach to senior decision-makers. - The ability to take a technical product and explain its financial impact in plain terms. - A self-starter mindset: you're energized by building in markets where you're writing the playbook, not following one. - Self-motivated with a drive to own projects from start to finish, making things happen. - Entrepreneurial spirit with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, growth-focused environment. - Confident in prospecting and cold-calling, with a passion for solving customer challenges. - Startup experience is a plus. Benefits - Medical, dental, and vision coverage - 401(k) with company match - Unlimited PTO - Paid parental leave - Flexible, remote-first work - Learning and development support, including conferences and certifications - Retreats and team events Our Values Bold: Dream big, take smart risks, and learn from every step.
