Revenue Operations Manager - Systems & Automation (m/f/d)

The role is fully remote. However, candidates based in Barcelona will be expected to work in a hybrid model, with two days per week in the office. About Buynomics: Buynomics is the next-generation SaaS company in pricing and product optimization. We use large-scale simulation technology to digitize customers and predict their purchase behavior, in any environment. Our clients use Buynomics to make data-driven decisions about their current and new products, portfolio structure, pricing, promotions, and trade terms, 100x faster and more precisely than any other solution. Our mission is to enable transparent, customer-centric commercial decisions. We're building the operating system for commercial strategy: one place to answer every market-facing question on pricing, products, and promotions. About the Role: We're hiring a Revenue Operations Manager to join our growing Revenue Operations team, reporting to the Head of Revenue Operations. This is a hands-on, builder-heavy role: you'll own our GTM systems and processes end to end, and we're looking for someone who leans technical, as comfortable building Salesforce Flows or a bit of Python as in a stakeholder conversation with Sales leadership. What you'll do: • Own our GTM tech stack: Salesforce, HubSpot, and the automation tools that connect them (n8n, Zapier, Claude), and take responsibility for how revenue data flows through the business. • Streamline and rebuild processes: identify manual, repetitive, or error-prone workflows and replace them with structural fixes such as new Salesforce Flows or HubSpot Workflows, cross-system automations, or system redesigns. • Build and maintain full-funnel and conversion reporting across the customer lifecycle, from top-of-funnel marketing and BDR activity through to closed revenue, giving Sales, Marketing, and leadership one consistent view of the business. • Support forecasting: build and maintain pipeline models, surface risk early, and work with sales leadership to improve forecast accuracy. • Keep cross-functional GTM projects aligned by working closely with Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, and Finance, so systems and processes work for everyone. • Maintain data quality and governance across our CRM and adjacent tools, including hygiene standards, deduplication, and consistent field definitions. • Explore AI-assisted automation: you'll have room to go beyond native CRM automation with tools like Claude and pilot new approaches as our stack matures. What you'll need: • 3+ years of experience in a RevOps or Sales Ops role at a B2B SaaS startup or scale-up. • Strong administrator-level knowledge of Salesforce and HubSpot, including hands-on experience building and maintaining Salesforce Flows and HubSpot Workflows. • Hands-on experience with a low/no-code automation platform (n8n, Zapier, Make, or similar), connecting multiple systems together. • Strong business acumen and a clear understanding of how B2B SaaS go-to-market motions work, from marketing through sales to customer success and renewal/expansion. • A track record of mapping, redesigning, and optimizing processes. • Excellent communication skills and comfort managing and aligning multiple stakeholders across departments and seniority levels. Preferred Qualifications: • Experience with SOQL, Apex, and Lightning Web Components. • SQL proficiency. • Experience with BI/reporting tools; knowledge of DAX is a plus. • Python or JavaScript coding experience. • Experience building with Claude or other LLMs, e.g. building plugins/skills, working through an API, or designing agentic workflows. What we offer: • Dynamic Environment: Join a truly international and diverse team where your ideas matter. • Flexible Work Model: Enjoy a remote setup with offices located in Cologne and Barcelona. • Learning Budget: Take advantage of our employee development and education budget to enhance your skills. • Local Language Classes: Participate in language lessons to support your integration and personal development. • Health insurance package • Personal and professional growth opportunities • Regular company events To ensure a smooth and efficient process and that no applications are overlooked, please apply directly to the role.
