Now we’d love to see what you can build. If you’re applying, try n8n out - whether you’re technical or not - and share a screenshot of your first workflow with us. The easiest place to start is here: app.n8n.cloud/register http://app.n8n.cloud/register. We’re in a defining moment of an incredible journey. Come and build with us. 🎯 Your main goal will be to build and scale a high-performing partner delivery program that enables n8n to deliver exceptional customer outcomes through trusted services partners. You'll ensure partner-led engagements are seamlessly coordinated, commercially sound, and consistently high-quality, helping us scale our Forward Deployed Engineering (FDE) capabilities without compromising on customer experience. RESPONSIBILITIES: BUILD AND SCALE PARTNER DELIVERY OPERATIONS - Define and continuously improve the delivery playbooks, engagement processes, and quality standards that underpin partner-led FDE engagements. - Own engagement intake and allocation, coordinating with internal FDE teams and Partnerships to determine the right delivery model and partner for each customer. - Provide visibility into program performance, capacity, delivery risks, and key learnings to Customer Success, Partnerships, and Sales leadership. OWN PARTNER COMMERCIALS AND GOVERNANCE - Manage partner subcontracting agreements, statements of work (SOWs), and rate cards in collaboration with Legal, Finance, and Procurement. - Oversee partner billing, engagement costs, and commercial structures across different delivery models, ensuring accurate financial tracking. - Partner with Finance and Revenue Operations to ensure engagements are structured and reported correctly, including their impact on ARR and compensation. DRIVE PARTNER PERFORMANCE AND READINESS - Define and track partner KPIs and SLAs, including staffing speed, delivery quality, customer satisfaction, utilization, and adoption outcomes. - Run partner performance reviews, maintain scorecards, and drive corrective actions to continuously improve delivery standards. - Maintain visibility into partner capacity and certified consultants across regions, while coordinating onboarding, certification, access, and offboarding with Enablement and Partner Solution Engineering. ENSURE OUTSTANDING CUSTOMER OUTCOMES - Ensure every partner-led engagement has a clear scope, measurable success criteria, and a smooth handoff to the Customer Success Manager. - Proactively identify, escalate, and resolve delivery risks before they impact customer relationships or project outcomes. - Capture and share learnings from workshops, hackathons, and staff augmentation engagements to continuously refine and scale the delivery model. REQUIREMENTS MUST-HAVE - 🤝 Partner Delivery Experience: You have 5+ years of experience in partner delivery, professional services operations, or vendor/subcontractor management within a software or technology company. - 📝 Commercial & Contract Management: You're experienced in drafting, negotiating, and managing SOWs, subcontracting agreements, and commercial frameworks with services partners or systems integrators. - 📊 Performance & Governance: You know how to build meaningful KPIs and SLAs, establish partner governance processes, and use performance data to drive accountability and continuous improvement. - 🔗 Cross-functional Collaboration: You're confident navigating competing priorities and working effectively with Legal, Finance, Sales, Customer Success, and Partnerships teams. - ⚙️ Operational Excellence: You're highly organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable managing multiple partner engagements, timelines, and stakeholders simultaneously. - 🚀 Builder Mindset: You thrive in fast-moving environments where processes are still evolving, and you're excited to build scalable systems while keeping day-to-day operations running smoothly. NICE-TO-HAVE - 🌍 Global Partner Ecosystems: You have experience working with global systems integrators or large professional services organizations. - 💼 Services Delivery Models: You're familiar with staff augmentation, partner-led workshops, hackathons, or other technical services delivery models. - 🛠️ Technical Understanding: You have a background in workflow automation, systems integration, low-code platforms, or related technologies. WHY JOIN US? At n8n, you'll have the opportunity to build a critical part of how we scale customer delivery. Rather than simply managing an established partner program, you'll shape the processes, commercial frameworks, and performance standards that enable our partners to deliver outstanding customer outcomes around the world. You'll work closely with leaders across Customer Success, Partnerships, Sales, and Finance, giving you meaningful visibility and influence as we scale our Forward Deployed Engineering capabilities. You'll join one of Europe's fastest-growing startups, where autonomy, experimentation, and a builder mindset are part of how we work. Sound like a challenge you're excited to take on?
