About the role
About AlayaCare
At AlayaCare, we’re more than just a fast-growing SaaS company, we’re a team of people passionate about transforming home healthcare. Our cloud-based platform empowers care providers around the world to deliver better outcomes for their clients.
With 550+ employees across Canada, the US, Australia, and Brazil, we’re united by a shared mission and a strong culture of transparency, growth, and human connection. Whether you're early in your career or a seasoned expert, AlayaCare offers the opportunity to grow your impact, your skills, and your career.
About the Role
As Revenue Operations Manager, you’ll help AlayaCare strengthen the systems and processes that enable teams to support providers and improve outcomes for clients and families. Reporting to the Director, Revenue Operations, you’ll own the vision, architecture, and evolution of HubSpot and the broader go-to-market technology ecosystem. You’ll partner with Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, Finance, Legal, and other teams to simplify revenue processes, improve handoffs, and turn business needs into sustainable system solutions. This is a hands-on builder and advisor role, combining process redesign, workflow architecture, cross-functional problem-solving, and responsible AI-enabled automation.
What You’ll Do
GTM Systems Ownership
• Own the vision, architecture, and evolution of our HubSpot platform and the broader GTM systems ecosystem.
• Own and optimize the GTM technology stack, including HubSpot and supporting Revenue Operations tools.
• Design thoughtful, maintainable system architecture that minimizes operational overhead, reduces technical debt, and proactively accounts for edge cases before they become operational issues.
Process Redefinition & Optimization
• Act as a process owner, not just a systems administrator: proactively identify where existing sales, marketing, and customer lifecycle processes are inefficient, manual, or no longer fit how the business operates today.
• Redesign core revenue processes (lead-to-opportunity, quote-to-cash, renewals, handoffs between teams) with a bias toward simplification and translate the redesigned process into the system configuration that supports it.
• Establish documentation, governance, and change-management practices so process and system changes are adopted consistently rather than living as tribal knowledge.
Cross-Functional Partnership
• Partner closely with Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, Finance, Legal, and other cross-functional stakeholders to understand business needs and translate them into scalable system and process solutions.
• Serve as a trusted advisor to cross-functional leaders, balancing immediate business needs with long-term platform health while influencing stakeholders without direct authority.
• Support enablement on new systems, workflows, and process changes as they roll out, in partnership with Revenue Enablement.
AI Fluency & Automation
• Bring strong AI fluency to the role: identify opportunities to build AI agents and automations that remove manual work from sales and revenue processes.
• Evaluate and pilot AI-driven tools within the GTM stack (e.g., AI-assisted lead routing, data enrichment, forecasting support, agent-based workflows) and assess them for scalability and risk before wider rollout.
What You’ll Bring to the Team
• Bachelor’s degree in Data, Finance, Statistics, Business, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
• 4-6 years of experience in Revenue Operations, Sales Operations, or related go-to-market operations.
• Hands-on expertise with HubSpot or an equivalent customer relationship management platform.
• Demonstrated experience designing and optimizing revenue processes and workflows.
• Ability to translate business requirements into effective system configurations.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to turn data into actionable insights.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills, with experience influencing cross-functional leaders.
• Working knowledge of AI tools and experience applying them to improve the quality, efficiency, or impact of your work.
• Experience with marketing automation and business intelligence tools is an asset.
• Experience with AI-enabled workflows or automation is an asset.
