We are seeking a dependable, safety-minded CDL A Driver/Equipment Operator—to join our growing field operations team. This hybrid role requires a confident professional who can safely operate heavy trucks and various types of earth-moving equipment. The ideal candidate is safety-conscious, physically capable, and experienced with excavation and site work. Key Responsibilities: Safely operate 6-wheel and triaxle dump trucks with air brakes. Haul heavy equipment using trailers; secure and transport earth-moving machinery. Operate excavators, skid steers, loaders, and other construction equipment efficiently. Perform excavation work around utilities, following safe digging practices. Assist in site preparation and pipe laying activities as needed. Maintain equipment cleanliness and perform basic mechanical checks. Step in with manual labor (e.g., shoveling, grading) to support crew operations.
