Socials Lead

ABOUT WARP Warp is the AI-native Employee Management Platform for ambitious companies. HRIS, payroll, benefits, IT, tax compliance, and more, all built from scratch on one AI-native platform. Every company runs on its people, and the software that manages them is some of the oldest in the enterprise. Incumbents like ADP and Workday built their businesses on complexity and large ops teams. Warp is built for AI to be the primary operator. Every advance in LLM capability widens our lead. We process $X billion in annual payments for high-growth companies across all 50 US states + globally. We've raised $85M from Battery Ventures, Sapphire Ventures, Peak XV, Sound Ventures (Ashton Kutcher), and Y Combinator, alongside operators including Tobi Lütke (Shopify), Claire Hughes Johnson (Stripe), and the founders of Dropbox and Replit. Our team comes from MIT, Ramp, Brex, Google, Gusto, Rippling, and more. We hire people who ship constantly, own outcomes, and care about craft. If you want to automate an entire category of work that every company depends on, this is the place. ABOUT THE ROLE We’re hiring a Social Media Manager to own and build Warp’s social presence as we scale. We are looking for someone who lives on X and LinkedIn, spots trends before everyone else, writes copy people actually stop to read, and knows how to turn company momentum into compelling storytelling. If you're chronically online, naturally funny, obsessed with internet culture, and know the difference between content that gets impressions and content that builds an “inevitable” brand, we'd love to meet you. WHAT YOU’LL DO - Own strategy and execution across Warp's LinkedIn and X accounts. - Build and scale executive brands and voices across social channels. - Capture moments throughout the week and transform them into authentic founder content. - Grow Warp's social channels by XXXK+ followers over the next year while increasing meaningful engagement and reach. - Build and maintain an editorial calendar around product launches, company milestones, hiring, customer stories, and industry moments. - Track performance across channels, identify what's resonating, and use data to continually refine our content strategy. WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR - Your friends think you are funny. - You are Twitter/X and LinkedIn native. You genuinely understand how each platform works and what makes content spread. - You are chronically online. You're early to trends, deeply familiar with internet culture, and probably communicate in memes more than you'd like to admit. - You can write exceptionally well. We'd trust you to write executive content without extensive editing. - You have strong design instincts and can create polished graphics, carousels, memes, and lightweight motion content. NICE TO HAVE - You have grown a company, personal or founder account into a meaningful audience. - You have worked with founders or executives on personal brand strategy. - Know your way around Claude Design, Figma, Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, CapCut, or similar creative tools. - Have experience producing short-form video. - Have opinions on the best SaaS Twitter accounts. BENEFITS AT WARP: - 100% Health Coverage: Comprehensive medical, dental, and vision plans for you and your dependents. - 401(k) Matching: Start investing in your future from day one. - Flexible PTO: We offer uncapped flexible PTO, meaning you’re trusted to take the time you need to recharge while balancing your responsibilities and team commitments. - Commuter Benefits: Pre-tax commuter benefits for your daily trip to our NYC office. - Catered Lunch Daily: Great food, every day, on us. No meal prep, no decision fatigue. - Quarterly Offsites: Beautiful locations to connect as a team. Past locations include Spain, Catskills, and San Francisco. Warp is based in New York City, and most of our team works together in-office 5x per week. Please refer to the top of this page for this position's hiring location and working model.
