Business Development & Sales - Europe

About FuriosaAI FuriosaAI builds high-performance, high-efficiency AI compute for the Inference Era. Founded in 2017 by veteran semiconductor and AI algorithm engineers, Furiosa operates globally with offices in Korea and Silicon Valley, along with a compiler-focused R&D lab in Lisbon. Our vision is to make AI computing sustainable, enabling access to powerful AI for everyone on Earth. We solve the AI hardware energy and operational cost crisis at the architectural level, rather than through brute force, building the world's first truly AI-native compute platform to unlock the full potential of artificial intelligence for every enterprise. About the Role As Business Development & Sales Manager, you will own revenue and strategic partnerships for RNGD in your region of Europe. We are hiring for several positions, each focused on Central, Northern and/or Eastern Europe. You will find, win and grow the customers and partners who deploy our accelerators: data center and colocation operators, telcos, system integrators, enterprises and sovereign AI programs. Europe’s AI buildout is limited by power and grid capacity, and RNGD’s efficiency is built for exactly that problem. Your job is to turn that fit into signed deals, from first conversation through technical evaluation to multi-rack deployment. This is an early-stage, builder role. You will work closely with our Lisbon team, solutions architects and leadership in Seoul, and help shape our European go-to-market playbook as the team grows. We’re a growing team, so this role suits people who enjoy building things from the ground up and working with a lot of autonomy. Key Responsibilities • Build and close a pipeline across data center operators, telcos, system integrators and enterprises in your region, from POC to production deployment. • Win sovereign AI and public-sector opportunities, including EU programs such as AI Gigafactories and EuroHPC. • Develop channel partnerships with server OEMs, integrators and data center operators. • Sell on inference economics: tokens-per-watt and air-cooled deployment for power-constrained sites. • Partner closely with teams at Seoul HQ on deal structure, pricing and product feedback. Minimum Qualifications • Experience in enterprise sales or business development, closing complex technology deals. • Experience selling hardware, semiconductors, data center infrastructure or AI compute. • A network across data center, cloud, telco or AI infrastructure players in Central, Northern or Eastern Europe. • Technical fluency in AI inference, accelerators, power and deployment. • Fluent English and the right to work in the EU. Preferred Qualifications • Startup experience is a big plus, especially as an early commercial hire or opening a new region. • Background at an AI accelerator, GPU, server OEM or AI cloud company. • Sovereign AI or EU public-sector experience. • Languages relevant to your region. Why Join FuriosaAI The defining bottleneck of the AI era is building the right hardware and software stack to run it at global scale. Furiosa is solving this challenge holistically from the ground up. With our flagship chip, RNGD, in mass production today and our next-generation platform in development with Broadcom, we are proving that full-stack, tensor-native compute is the future of AI infrastructure. This is a pivotal moment to join our team, right as we accelerate our global expansion. At Furiosa, you will: Solve AI’s Most Urgent Challenge. Help build the high-performance, energy-efficient inference hardware and software required to fulfill the promise of advanced AI. Pioneer Full-Stack Co-Design. Work with teams that are architecting solutions from silicon up through the compiler (featuring innovations like Tensor Contraction Language and Virtual ISA) and serving frameworks.
