About the role
Oratomic is on a mission to build the world's first fault-tolerant quantum computer.
We're looking for an Operations Engineer to build the internal systems that keep the company running: connecting our finance, people and supply chain tools, automating manual workflows, building dashboards and reports for visibility, and keeping our data clean. You'll work closely with the operations team and with our scientists and engineers to cut the time everyone spends on admin, so they can spend it building a quantum computer.
Requirements:
- Wants to build a quantum computer
- Works well in a highly collaborative team environment
- Enjoys automating processes and building better ways of working
- Likes using AI
Compensation:
- $150,000-$250,000/year depending on experience
- Benefits (health and dental coverage, 401K, unlimited PTO, paid family leave, visa sponsorship)
