GTM Associate

OUR MISSION: Omnea is the agentic operating system for procurement. Procurement touches every pound a business spends, yet requests still stall for weeks and approvals get lost in inboxes. Our AI-first platform changes that: our agents capture requests, route approvals, onboard suppliers, flag risk and track every renewal, while anyone in the business can ask a question and get an answer grounded in their own company’s data. Buying becomes painless for everyone, procurement gets a seat at the table, and our customers have saved more than 100,000 hours of manual work so far. Companies like Spotify, PayPal, T. Rowe Price, JustEat, Adyen and S&P Global run procurement on Omnea. We’re backed by $75M from Khosla Ventures, Insight Partners and Accel, and we’ve been named the UK’s number one startup in the Startups 100, ranked 11th on Sifted’s 2026 list of Europe’s fastest-growing companies, and recognised as one of Fast Company’s Most Innovative Companies. Talent density matters more to us than almost anything else. We keep the bar high in every team, so everyone here has real ownership and real impact. Our team is full of former founders and operators who’ve scaled unicorns, and we’re looking for people who want to do the best work of their careers alongside them. From day one you own a territory, work live deals, and drive real revenue. Most people are promoted into a closing role within 9–12 months – the fastest in 6. We treat sales as a craft. Selling is building. https://www.omnea.co/blog/selling-is-building Like law, medicine, or finance, great sellers are made through apprenticeship: learning the fundamentals alongside people who've mastered them, while building relationships that compound over a career.   CHALLENGES YOU'LL TACKLE Our goal is for you to start closing enterprise deals as quickly as possible. In this role you will: - Get a territory – on day one you own a market. Alongside a senior sales leader, you'll prioritise accounts, research the landscape, and build a strategy to win new business. - Learn how to pitch – in your first month you'll go through a bootcamp on how to sell, position, and close, taught by the top sellers in the business. - Build relationships – embed yourself in your market by running targeted events, hosting dinners, and building a lasting network of C-suite executives. - Win new business – once ramped, you'll own a qualified deals target and support senior leaders on late-stage deals. - Own a revenue line – as soon as you're ready, you'll carry a full revenue target and double your payout.   ABOUT YOU - You've outperformed in a high-calibre environment before - You're naturally competitive and drawn to hard things – a startup, a founding journey, competitive sport, a demanding degree - You're a natural at building relationships and communities - You want to move as fast as possible   HOW WE BENCHMARK We care about potential over pedigree - where you've been matters less than what you can do. OTE, US: $130k – $180k, uncapped Every offer includes equity. (We benchmark comp throughout the interview process rather than fixing a number upfront. Where you land depends on your experience, your estimated ramp time, and how quickly we expect you to progress into a full closing role)   INTERVIEW PROCESS 1. Screen (30 mins) – meet our talent team and learn about the role 2. Hiring manager (30 mins) – meet our GTM leaders and share more about your background 3. Challenge (45 mins) – meet our SVP and defend your territory plan 4. Final (60 mins) – meet your pod lead and run through some role plays. At Omnea, we embrace diversity.
