Corporate IT Manager

Applications from outside India will not be considered. Who We Are Yuno is the AI-native operating system of global commerce, powering the financial infrastructure of enterprise merchants, banks, and wallets. Through a single API, Yuno connects them to pay-ins, payouts, fraud prevention, KYC/KYB, and stablecoins globally, so they can operate everywhere. Agnostic by design and connected to 1,000+ payment methods and 460+ integrations in 190+ countries, Yuno optimizes acceptance rates, reduces costs, and strengthens security through specialized AI agents that learn from every transaction. Global brands including McDonald's, NetEase Games, GoFundMe, and Rappi run their payments on Yuno. About The Role Yuno is looking for a Corporate IT Manager, based in India, to own the internal technology backbone that keeps our fully remote, global team productive and secure. From device management and identity to SaaS administration and compliance, you'll lead Corporate IT, a new area within our Tech Infrastructure team, designing systems and automation that scale as Yuno grows across 190+ countries. This is not a helpdesk role. You'll own the corporate IT stack end to end, drive the roadmap, automate what others still do by hand, and make security and compliance a built-in default rather than an afterthought — which matters when the company runs payments for global brands. You'll work closely with our Security team, taking corporate IT workload off SecOps, and you'll build and lead the Corporate IT team as it grows. How AI Shows Up in This Role You'll build AI-driven automation for IT and helpdesk, turning repetitive requests and lifecycle workflows into self-serve flows, and maintain machine-readable documentation that AI assistants can act on As an AI-native company, Yuno runs on a growing stack of AI tools — you'll own how they're provisioned, secured, and governed across the org, managing access and OAuth/shadow-AI risk. And you're encouraged to use AI to move faster in your own work Your Contribution Will Be Corporate IT ownership and roadmap — own the corporate IT function end to end and drive the corporate IT roadmap as the company scales Device and endpoint management — own the MDM platform (Jamf, Intune, or Kandji) for a distributed macOS and Windows fleet: zero-touch provisioning, patching, configuration-as-code, and endpoint security Identity and access management — administer the identity provider (Okta or equivalent), SSO, MFA, and SCIM; automate onboarding and offboarding, and enforce least-privilege access across every system SaaS administration and governance — manage the SaaS stack (Google Workspace, Slack, Atlassian, and more), rein in shadow IT and OAuth risk, and right-size licenses and access Security and compliance — build and maintain the controls, access reviews, and audit evidence that keep Yuno compliant (SOC 2, PCI DSS, ISO 27001), partnering with Security on vendor reviews Automation — replace manual work with scripting and workflow automation (Python, Okta Workflows, or similar) Team leadership and enablement — act as the senior escalation point for complex IT issues, maintain clear runbooks and documentation, and lead and mentor the Corporate IT team as it grows What Success Looks Like Within your first 6–12 months, onboarding and offboarding run end to end without manual steps, the device fleet and SaaS access are fully managed and auditable, and SOC 2 and PCI evidence is something the team produces continuously rather than scrambling for at audit time. Skills You Need Minimum Qualifications 5+ years in corporate IT, IT operations, or IT systems engineering, ideally supporting a distributed workforce Experience managing or mentoring IT team members, or leading corporate IT for a team or company Based in India, with the right to work in India MDM expertise — hands-on with Jamf Pro, Intune, or Kandji for macOS and Windows fleet management Identity and access management — managing an identity provider (Okta strongly preferred), SSO, MFA, and provisioning/deprovisioning SaaS administration — Google Workspace, Slack, Atlassian, and similar, with an understanding of SaaS and OAuth governance Security and compliance — hands-on support for frameworks like SOC 2, ISO 27001, or PCI DSS (access reviews, audit evidence) Scripting and automation — Python, JavaScript, PowerShell, or workflow tools to eliminate manual toil Networking fundamentals — TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, and VPNs English — advanced proficiency, written and spoken Preferred Qualifications Building AI-driven IT automation (e.g., Console.com, Risotto, Unthread) or helpdesk and agentic tooling Hardware lifecycle and asset management (ITAM) at scale Experience in the payments or fintech industry, where compliance and access controls are stricter Familiarity with Zero Trust, PAM, and least-privilege access models Nice to Have Configuration-as-code for endpoints (an infrastructure-as-code mindset for IT) Experience securing and governing AI tools or agents across an organization What We Offer at Yuno Competitive Compensation Remote Work — work fully remote from anywhere in India Home Office Bonus — a one-time allowance to set up your ideal home office Work Equipment Stock Options Health Plan wherever you are Flexible Days Off Language, Professional, and Personal Growth courses
