San Francisco / Los Altos, in-person 5 days a week, regular travel to customer sites · Reports to the CTO · $130K to $170K base + equity About Uare.ai Uare.ai is the platform for Human-First AI: each person owns an Individual AI trained on their own voice, story, and life. Enterprise and government teams use it to capture what their best people know and make it available on demand. Every deployment is different. Someone has to sit with the customer and make it work. Founded by Rob LoCascio, founder and former CEO of LivePerson. Backed by $10.3M from Mayfield and Boldstart Ventures. About the role You will be that person. You sit with our customers, build their Individual AIs, connect them to their systems, and make sure they work. What you learn in the field shapes what we build next. What you'll do • Launch customers. Scope, configure, and ship each deployment, from kickoff to first use. • Build their AIs. Turn a customer's documents, recordings, and know-how into working Individual AIs. • Connect their systems. Wire Uare.ai into their tools, data sources, and sign-in. • Run the sessions. Onboard each team, lead guided tests, and collect structured feedback. • Fix it fast. Debug issues on site and get the right fixes to engineering. • Bring it home. Turn repeat customer work into product features and playbooks. What we're looking for • U.S. citizenship is required.
