Product Designer

OUR MISSION At Omnea, we’re reinventing how enterprise businesses operate, starting with the most painful parts: procurement – where a single purchase can drag on for months, trigger 50+ emails, and pull in Finance, Legal, Security, and IT just to get something approved. We’ve raised $75M from Khosla Ventures, Insight Partners, and Accel to change that. Our AI-native platform connects every person, step, and system so buying is fast, safe, and efficient – one place to request, automated approvals and renewals, real-time supplier risk, and complete spend visibility. The opportunity is massive. Every enterprise on the planet has this problem and nobody has solved it. We’ve 10x’d ARR to double-digit millions in 18 months and are trusted by global enterprises like Spotify, MongoDB, Monzo, and Albertsons. We’re now the 4th fastest growing startup https://sifted.eu/leaderboards/sifted-future-50-2025 in Europe & the Sunday Times' #1 Best Medium Sized Tech Company To Work for. Our team previously scaled Tessian (cybersecurity tech, backed by Sequoia, Balderton, Accel, acquired post-Series C), and our team includes ex-founders operators who’ve grown unicorns, shipped world-class products, and executed at the highest levels. You’ll work alongside leaders like Ben https://www.linkedin.com/in/ben-freeman-a8542166/, Abs https://www.linkedin.com/in/abhirukt/, Sabrina https://www.linkedin.com/in/scastiglione/, and Rebe https://www.linkedin.com/in/rebecatristan/. ABOUT THE ROLE We’re now looking for a Product Designer to help shape the next phase of Omnea’s product - turning complex, high-stakes enterprise workflows into experiences that feel clear, intuitive, and genuinely good to use for a diverse set of users. You’ll join at a pivotal moment, with real ownership, close customer exposure, and the chance to raise the design bar as we scale the category of AI Supplier Relationship Management. YOUR DAY-TO-DAY - You’ll spend a meaningful amount of time talking directly to customers - procurement leaders, finance teams, and security stakeholders - at companies like Spotify, MongoDB, Monzo, and Albertsons, to understand how buying decisions actually get made inside large organisations. - You’ll work end-to-end on product areas, from early problem definition through to high-quality shipped work - often starting from a blank page rather than iterating on tired, legacy UX. - You’ll collaborate closely with Product and Engineering (often in the same room). At ~80 people, there’s very little hand-off - decisions are made quickly, and design has a real seat at the table. - You’ll design for complex, high-stakes workflows involving multiple personas, approvals, and real organisational risk - and make them feel clear, intuitive, and usable. - You’ll help shape patterns and systems as we scale, contributing to a design language that’s still being actively defined, not just maintained. YOU’LL LOVE THIS ROLE IF… - You like being close to the problem - speaking to customers, pressure-testing ideas, and iterating quickly based on real feedback. - You’d rather design new product surfaces than rework mature features that might have existed for years. - You enjoy working in high-growth environments where things move fast, priorities evolve, and design plays a meaningful role in shaping what gets built. - You’re comfortable navigating ambiguity and helping bring clarity - whether that’s shaping a fuzzy problem, aligning stakeholders, or making a strong design call. - You care deeply about craft, but you’re pragmatic about shipping - you know when to push for polish, and when momentum matters more. WHY THIS ROLE IS A CAREER ACCELERATOR ⭐ - Design isn’t a service function at Omnea - we see UX as central to how we compete and win in the market. - You’ll work on a product that sits at the intersection of finance, legal, security, and operations, where good design has real commercial impact. - The problems are genuinely hard, the customers are demanding, and the bar is high — but if we get it right, the product becomes deeply embedded and hard to replace. At Omnea, we embrace diversity. To build a product that's loved by everyone, we're best served by a team with all sorts of backgrounds, experiences, and perspectives. We encourage you to apply even if your experience doesn't quite match the full job spec! And regardless of your race, religion, colour, gender, or anything else! If you think you could be a good fit for Omnea, please reach out.
