Growth Operations Coordinator

GROWTH OPERATIONS COORDINATOR $70k – $90k • meaningful equity ABOUT NOVIG Novig is building America's #1 sports prediction market. Our mission is to financialize and democratize sports trading - taking a closed system run by casinos and turning it into a fair, efficient, two-sided market where the power sits with users. As a CFTC-regulated exchange, we are now live nationwide as the leading sports-focused, federally regulated market built on trust, transparency, and real user protection. We're backed by some of Silicon Valley's top investors — Pantera, Forerunner, Lux, NFX, Paul Graham, and Joe Montana — who have collectively invested over $100M behind this vision. ABOUT THE ROLE Novig is building the leading sports prediction market in America — and our marketing team is moving fast, driving growth across creators, affiliates, partnerships, performance marketing, live events, and more. We're looking for a Growth Ops Coordinator to be the connective tissue of the growth team. You'll support projects across the entire growth and marketing org, help partners, creators, and affiliates get up and running, run experiments on new channels and tactics, and help bring our in-person activations and events to life. This is a role for someone who wants to learn how a high-growth company actually grows, by doing it. You'll get exposure to every part of the growth engine, work directly with senior leaders, and take on more ownership as fast as you can handle it. It's not a role where you'll be handed a playbook. It's for someone who can take an ambiguous ask, figure out what needs to happen, and get it done well. WHO YOU ARE AND WHAT YOU WILL DO - Support the growth and marketing team across a wide range of projects, from campaign launches and partner programs to reporting and research - Help onboard and support partners, creators, and affiliates, including managing assets, tracking links, briefs, timelines, and day-to-day communication - Run growth and GTM experiments end to end: scoping the test, setting it up, tracking results, and sharing what you learned - Support in-person marketing activations and events, from planning and logistics to on-the-ground execution and post-event recaps - Keep projects organized and moving by managing trackers, deadlines, and follow-ups so nothing slips through the cracks - Pull and analyze data to help the team understand performance and make better decisions - Research competitors, trends, partners, and opportunities, and turn findings into clear, useful recommendations - Work cross-functionally with Product, Creative, Data, and Social to get things done - Scrappy and resourceful, with a knack for figuring things out without needing step-by-step instructions - Highly organized and detail-oriented, able to juggle many projects at once without dropping the ball - Sports-obsessed and internet-native, with a feel for what resonates with sports fans - 0–3 years of experience in growth, marketing, operations, partnerships, consulting, or a similar role (or a strong track record of getting things done in school, a startup, or a side project) WHY WORK HERE, IN THE WORDS OF THE PEOPLE WHO DO “I work with extremely stellar people, I own real systems, and decisions happen fast. No politics, no waiting for needless red tape. If something's broken, I fix it. If I build something good, it ships.” “The people! So smart, thoughtful, fun to work with, passionate about their craft, etc” “I'm having the most fun I've had in my entire career.” If you want responsibility, trust, and the chance to help build the future of sports prediction markets - take your shot, we’d love to connect. NOT FOR EVERYONE - Our work is tied to live sports - that means potential nights, weekends, and pressure included. - If you need clear swim lanes, a heavy process, or someone to tell you what to do, this won’t be the right environment.
