Executive Assistant

ABOUT MORPHO Morpho is a leading Decentralized Finance (DeFi) lending protocol backed by a16z crypto, Paradigm, Ribbit Capital, Apollo, Vaneck, Coinbase Ventures, Variant and 50 others to build an open credit network giving anyone, anywhere, access to the best possible terms. Morpho is experiencing exponential adoption, with over billion in deposits on the network and used by institutional clients including Bitwise, Galaxy, and Anchorage Digital and the largest crypto exchanges, such as Coinbase, Binance, and Kraken. Now, Morpho is scaling its team of contributors to establish itself as the open credit network, not just of DeFi, but of the world.   WHY MORPHO EXISTS Everyone has the potential to build something great for the world. But fulfilling that ambition almost always requires more: people willing to trust you with their capital. Yet access to capital still depends on where you live, who you know, and which institutions are willing to trust you. Even when capital is available, it sits fragmented across disconnected networks and hidden behind intermediaries. The result is a system that fails most of the people it should serve. Borrowers overpay. Lenders earn less than they should. Many are shut out entirely, not because they are unworthy of credit, but because today's infrastructure was never built to connect them. Morpho exists to solve this. Full article here https://morpho.org/blog/why-morpho-exists/. ROLE   Morpho's Head of GTM and the wider GTM leadership team run across time zones, and their calendars, travel, and follow-ups need a single owner. This role takes all of that off their plate for the Head of GTM and keeps the GTM leaders prepared and unblocked, so their time goes to the work only they can do.   RESPONSIBILITIES     - Own the Head of GTM's calendar and priorities, managing high-volume scheduling across multiple time zones so the right meetings happen at the right time.       - Coordinate domestic and international travel, including last-minute changes, so trips run without friction.       - Prepare meeting logistics, briefs, and materials so executives walk in ready.       - Support the wider GTM leadership team with scheduling, coordination, and follow-ups to keep commitments moving.       - Own and deliver special projects and initiatives for the Head of GTM, from scoping through to completion.       - Handle sensitive information with discretion, sound judgment, and close attention to detail.     WHAT SUCCESS LOOKS LIKE   FIRST 30 DAYS   You have earned the trust of the Head of GTM and the team, understand their working styles and priorities, and own day-to-day scheduling, travel, and logistics with minimal guidance.   FIRST 3 MONTHS   You anticipate needs, solve problems independently, and manage complex scheduling and competing priorities with little oversight. You have found and fixed workflow gaps that were costing the team time.   FIRST 6 MONTHS   You are a force multiplier for the Head of GTM and an indispensable partner to the wider team, owning projects well beyond traditional EA scope and raising the bar for execution across the org.   SKILLS & EXPERIENCE   MUST HAVE     - Bachelor's degree and 5+ years of proven experience supporting C-suite executives, founders, or senior leaders in demanding environments.       - Strong ownership and autonomy: doesn't wait to be told, makes sound decisions independently, and drives tasks through to completion.       - Speed with accuracy: executes quickly under pressure while maintaining exceptional attention to detail and independently checking work.       - Excellent judgment: comfortable making decisions with incomplete information, knowing when to act, clarify, or escalate.       - Highly organized: proven experience managing complex, high-volume scheduling across multiple time zones and competing priorities.       - Clear and crisp async communication, with strong responsiveness and follow-through.     NICE TO HAVE     - Experience supporting founders or C-suite executives at high-growth startups or scale-ups.       - Experience supporting GTM, sales, or business development leadership.       - Exposure to executive operations, Chief of Staff functions, or cross-functional project management.       - Track record of improving workflows, streamlining processes, and reducing executive coordination overhead.       - Tech-savvy: comfortable using AI tools and automation to improve efficiency.       - Crypto-native or genuinely curious about DeFi and the broader crypto ecosystem.
