Senior AI Solutions Consultant - Post-Sales

Technology is one of the biggest items in an enterprise CFO’s budget, second only to headcount. Traditional procurement is one of the most frustrating, friction-filled bottlenecks in the modern business. Vertice is the world’s first Intelligent Procurement Platform eliminating this chaos. By combining agentic workflows, deep AI insights, and a global network of expert negotiators, we empower enterprises to buy smarter and scale at pace. The market response has been unprecedented: - $75bn+ in spend processed across our platform. - 20% savings consistently delivered to our customers. - 70% reduction in standard enterprise procurement cycles. - 13X revenue growth achieved over the last two years alone. Founded by serial technology entrepreneurs Roy and Eldar Tuvey, who have successfully scaled and exited two category-defining platforms and created $600M+ in enterprise value, we are backed by over $100M in Series C funding from tier 1 global investors including Bessemer Venture Partners, 83North, Lakestar. We have also been recognized as the #2 fastest-growing company on the Sunday Times' Tech 100 and the fastest-growing startup in the UK and Ireland by the FT’s Sifted (#4 in Europe). With headquarters in London and hubs in New York, Brno, Sydney, and Johannesburg, we are fundamentally reshaping the global B2B economy. Your role at Vertice: You are the technical backbone of every new customer's journey onto Vertice's AI native platform, owning onboarding and implementation for our Intake to Procure product from first configuration through to go-live. Sitting within the Solutions team, you'll partner directly with customers across a wide range of industries and regions, turning messy, bespoke procurement processes into clean, working AI workflows they can run from day one. This is a hands-on, technical role, so you won't just be a project manager. You'll leverage Vertice's proprietary agentic workflows and platform capabilities to design integrations, build out custom configurations, and troubleshoot implementations directly, working closely with the Product team to shape what we build next based on what you see in the field. As Vertice scales, you'll be one of the people most exposed to what customers actually experience of our product, and one of the loudest voices feeding that back into our roadmap. Responsibilities: - End-to-End Implementation: Own the full onboarding and implementation lifecycle for new customers, from process discovery and technical configuration through go-live, managing timelines and scope across multiple projects with minimal oversight. - Creative Configuration: Get inside each customer's procurement process and configure Intake to Procure and the broader platform to solve their specific challenges, rather than forcing a one-size-fits-all setup. - Integration and Embedding: Advise customers on integrating and embedding Vertice's workflows and integration products into their existing systems, acting as the primary technical point of contact for configuration and customization requests. - AI-Assisted Delivery: Use Vertice's agentic workflows and AI-powered insights to speed up configuration and testing, surface implementation issues earlier, and cut the manual busywork out of a typically slow onboarding process. - Training and Enablement: Run training and Q&A sessions that leave customers confident running the platform independently, partnering closely with Product and account teams to resolve issues fast and keep every implementation on track. About You: - Delivery Track Record: We're looking for someone with a proven track record in a solutions consultant, project management, or functional advisory role. In particular, you should be able to talk through how you have managed multiple client engagements at once without dropping a ball. - Technically Hands-On: You're comfortable getting into the detail of software configuration and integrations, and confident reading JSON and API documentation without needing someone else to translate it for you. - Procurement Fluency (a bonus): It's a real bonus, though not required, if you already understand B2B procure-to-pay processes and have hands-on experience with tools like Coupa, SAP Ariba, Oracle, NetSuite, Workday, or Sage, giving you a head start on how enterprise procurement works. - AI-Curious: You actively experiment with new AI tools in your own workflow, and you want to work somewhere AI is genuinely core to the product you're implementing, not a bolt-on feature. - Proactive Problem Solver: You're an excellent communicator and documenter who takes ownership of smooth implementations and customer satisfaction without needing to be chased. Why join Vertice? - Frontline Impact: You'll work directly with customers across industries and regions, with your fingerprints on every implementation and a direct line into shaping our product roadmap. - Room to Grow: Vertice is scaling fast, and the Solutions team is scaling with it, meaning genuine scope to grow the function as you grow in it. - Global Exposure: You'll join a business fundamentally reshaping the global B2B economy, working alongside a diverse, ambitious team across London, New York, Brno, Sydney, and Johannesburg. #LI-DNP Final things to note Vertice is an equal opportunities employer, although you must be legally able to work in the specified region of the job.
