Account Manager

At Venteur, we are dedicated to transforming healthcare in America. Our mission is to empower individuals to take control of the trillions of dollars spent on their behalf—spending that is currently dictated by HR departments and brokers. We believe that putting this power back in the hands of the individual will lead to better health outcomes for everyone. The market is at a turning point. Just as the workforce transitioned from company-controlled pensions to individual-empowered 401(k)s forty years ago, new regulations are now enabling healthcare to shift from rigid group plans to a consumer-centric solution: the Individual Coverage Health Reimbursement Arrangement (ICHRA). Our technology-led platform changes how businesses offer benefits and empowers employees to truly prioritize wellness and longevity. Why Join?
