Senior Product Manager, Document Management

At Vanta, our mission is to help businesses earn and prove trust. We believe that security should be monitored and verified continuously, and we empower companies to practice better security and prove it with ease. Vanta has a kind and talented team, and while some have prior security experience, many have been successful at Vanta without it.  As Senior Product Manager of Document Management, you will be responsible for agent-led content management, guiding customers through agentic workflows to generate and maintain documents and procedures tailored to their business. Today, this process is slow, manual, and often stressful for companies. These artifacts are foundational to how a company’s security program operates—requiring customers to interpret multiple compliance requirements, establish processes, and define how those processes run, all while ensuring they will meet auditor expectations. At the same time, when customers decide to take on a new framework, they need to quickly assess their program (controls, policies, procedures, documents) against those new requirements to understand the gaps and assess the body of work to implement that new framework. This is a manual, tedious process that many companies end up outsourcing to consultants. As Senior Product Manager for Document Management, you will work cross functionally to build an agentic solution to automate these gap assessments, helping customers more quickly achieve their security and business objectives by scaling to new frameworks faster. By guiding and automating the creation, editing, and management of content end-to-end, you will help customers dramatically shorten the path to audit readiness and scaling their compliance program, while building confidence that their processes and documentation are aligned to their business needs. Online security was only becoming more important, but we knew firsthand how hard it could be for fast-growing companies to invest the time and manpower it takes to build a solid security foundation. Vanta was inspired by a vision to restore trust in internet businesses by enabling companies to improve and prove their security. From our early days automating security monitoring for compliance standards like SOC 2, HIPAA and ISO 27001 to creating the world's leading Trust Management Platform, our vision remains unchanged.  Now more than ever, making security continuous—not just a point-in-time check— is essential. Thousands of companies rely on Vanta to build, maintain and demonstrate their trust— all in a way that's real-time and transparent.
