Our solutions help businesses reduce shrink, optimize performance, and respond proactively to potential threats. We're growing rapidly, earning industry recognition, and scaling with purpose. We’ve been recognized by Deloitte’s Fast 50™ and Fast 500™, Business Intelligence Group, and as one of Ottawa’s Best Places to Work. And we’re just getting started! THE ROLE We’re looking for curious, driven, and high-energy sales talent to join our fast-growing team and make an impact with some of the most recognizable brands across retail, hospitality, and regulated industries. If you thrive on prospecting, love building pipeline, and have experience selling SaaS as an Account Executive, this is your moment. In this role, you’ll take the lead selling Solink to licensed cannabis retailers and operators, helping them stay compliant, reduce loss, and gain real-time operational visibility in a fast-moving, highly regulated space. Are you a self-starter who loves momentum and isn’t afraid to take initiative? Do you get excited about building relationships, running compelling demos, and closing meaningful deals? Do you thrive in a collaborative, high-energy team environment where wins are celebrated and growth is constant?... Then this opportunity is for YOU! WHAT YOU’LL DO - Prospect with Purpose: Identify and reach out to brands you admire and customers who would benefit from Solink—using a smart, targeted, and proactive approach. - Own the Full Sales Cycle: From discovery and demos to pricing, negotiation, and close—you’ll lead every step with confidence and precision. - Deliver High-Impact Demos: Present Solink’s platform in a compelling way that speaks to each customer’s unique challenges and goals. - Hit (and Exceed) Your Targets: Consistently meet or exceed quota, while staying focused on quality conversations, qualified pipeline, and long-term customer value. - Have Fun Doing It: Celebrate wins, bring energy, and enjoy the journey—because culture matters just as much as closing. WHAT YOU BRING Must-Have: - Team Player with Individual Hustle: You love celebrating wins with a supportive team—but you also hold yourself to a high standard and consistently push to exceed your own goals. - Value-Driven Communicator: You can clearly connect the dots between a customer’s pain points and Solink’s value. You’re equally fluent in big-picture impact and detailed product differentiation. - Relationship Builder: Whether it’s with teammates or prospects, you build trust naturally and quickly. You understand people, meet them where they are, and connect with empathy. - Growth-Oriented: You’re a sponge for feedback and personal development. You invest in your own growth and actively share learnings with your team. - Goal Crusher: Quotas aren’t ceilings—they’re starting points. You set the bar high and love surpassing it. - Customer-Centric Listener: You’re naturally curious and know that listening—not pitching—is the foundation of great discovery and great deals. - Creative Problem Solver: Challenges energize you. You think on your feet and approach obstacles with creativity and a solution-first mindset. Nice-to-Have: - Regulated Industry Experience: Selling into licensed cannabis retailers or operators, alcohol retailers, especially multi-store or enterprise groups. - Regulatory Awareness: Familiarity with cannabis/alcohol compliance, loss prevention, and audit-driven environments. - Cannabis Retail Background: Previous work experience in a cannabis retail or licensed operator setting. SECURITY REQUIREMENTS - Candidates must undergo a criminal records check upon hire; - Be a Canadian Citizen (dual citizens included), or eligible to work in Canada; - Be willing to comply with Solink’s own security policies and standards.
