Geologist

ABOUT THE COMPANY The transition to a sustainable future requires discovering new mineral resources to power clean technologies and renewable energy solutions. From lithium for electric vehicle batteries, to copper for wind turbines, and rare earth elements for electronics, these minerals are the building blocks of our energy transition. Lithosquare radically speeds up mineral exploration by combining foundational AI, geological expertise, and real-world data to reduce uncertainty, prioritize the right targets, reduce costs and accelerate discovery. Based in Paris, Lithosquare gathered an exceptional team of geologists, scientists, AI engineers, and data specialists to work as one, from field sampling to model optimization and push the boundaries of what's possible. ABOUT THE JOB As a Geologist at Lithosquare, you will play a key hybrid role at the intersection of field operation (around 20%) and office work (80%). You will support field campaign execution while actively contributing to data compilation, targeting, and QA/QC across our exploration portfolio. This is a dynamic, cross-functional role: you will divide your time between field work (reconnaissance, sampling, drilling support) and office work in Paris, working closely with senior geologists, data scientists, and AI engineers. We are looking for someone rigorous, curious about technological innovation, and eager to learn while helping build the next generation of AI-assisted exploration tools. WHAT YOU'LL DO Reporting to the Senior Geologists and the VP Asset Development, your main responsibilities will include: - Field Execution & Support: Support and participate in all phases of field exploration programs, including regional reconnaissance, surface sampling, geophysical surveys, and drilling campaigns.
