WHAT YOU BRING - 6+ years in or working with digital product management - Domain depth in care navigation, provider/drug steerage, or pharmacy benefits. - Experience designing and measuring causality between outreach and claim impact. - Working knowledge of how health plans pay for care: deductibles, accumulators, claims. - Experience selecting or implementing an operational platform (case management, CRM, or similar) and managing external partners.
