Account Executive

ACCOUNT EXECUTIVE @ AVARRA Avarra is building the future of the blended workforce with AI Avatars that Onboard, Optimize and Extend your team through interactive simulations, ride-along expert partners, and independent avatar-led GTM experiences. We are backed by Lightspeed (invested in Anthropic, Navan, Netskope, Wiz, Ramp) and our platform is deployed across some of the largest companies in the U.S. We are looking for the kind of AE who reads that sentence and immediately wants to know more. The market is new, the category is being defined in real time, and our job is to go win it. We’re unlocking what execs have long given up on: scaling expertise. Our AI Avatar platform is revolutionizing B2B, across all industries on Earth - from security software to farming to HR. Most of our customers use our technology to uplevel the execution of Go To Market teams by enabling leaders to deploy their plays and distribute knowledge across thousands with avatars that train, tailor, and use simulations to ensure every interaction with client is top notch. Ever been to a sales training that was a huge waste of time, or watch your org roll out a new sales methodology only to see it completely unused 90 days later? We fix that. This is a team for people who want to operate with speed, agency, and high impact. And obsess about the outcomes our customers achieve. WHAT YOU'LL OWN: - A named account territory. You build the plan and execute it. - Full-cycle deals: prospecting through close. Yes, you’ll have support (marketing, SDR, events) - but you own your pipeline generation. - A seat at the table as we build the GTM motion from the ground up. - Use automation and self-built workflows so your hours go to customers, not admin. - A fair quota with uncapped accelerators. WHO WINS HERE: - A pattern of overachieving quota in B2B SaaS, not one lucky year. - 3 to 15 years closing, comfortable at six-figure deal sizes. - You've sold into the C-suite and can hold the room. - You can speak comfortably with CROs, using their language and earning credibility through insight and unique perspective. - You've worked somewhere where the answer "we don't have that resource" was just another problem to solve. - You get energized by ambiguity, not paralyzed by it. - You're not waiting to be told how to do it. You've already thought of three ways. - This role requires judgment, curiosity, and comfort operating across strategic and commercial dimensions. WHAT THIS ROLE IS NOT: - Not a CS role dressed up as sales, farming upsells. - Not a quarterback role where Solution Engineers run your calls. - Not a transactional sales role detached from customer outcomes. - Not a highly scripted role with narrow ownership or predefined motions. HOW WE ROLL: - We do what is best for the customer. Full stop. - We do what we say we’ll do. - We celebrate our wins and bring attention to our mistakes - and learn from them together. - We have fun. WHAT WE NEED FROM YOU: - Think like a CEO and manage companies in your territory from “never heard of Avarra” to “what would we have done without it”. - You’re selling to CROs and VPs of Sales and can tap into (and dramatically expand) your network - 3–15 years closing B2B software; overachieving is your standard. - High comfort selling six-figure SaaS deals. - A consultative sales methodology you can articulate and defend. - The ability to thrive with <100 people, not 3,000. - Your execution and ideas. Sure, we have an org chart, but we only hire team mates who bring something to the table. TRAVEL: 10% (events, client in-person meetings) COMPENSATION: 💰 Base: $100K–$150K | OTE: $200K–$300K+, uncapped. Equity. We’re hiring for Mid Market & Enterprise. BENEFITS AND PERKS: - 🎖️ A close-knit and collaborative early-stage startup environment where every voice is heard and every opinion matters - 🏠 Flexible long-term work options (remote USA and hybrid) - 🏥 3 Medical Plans to choose from. Plus Dental and Vision Insurance. - 🤓 Learning & Growth stipend - 🛫 Flexible PTO; We believe in work-life balance and that hard work should be balanced with time for rest and rejuvenation - 🏝 IRL / In-Person retreats throughout the year At Avarra, we’re working hard to build a productive and safe environment, and we strive to live by these same values here at Avarra.
