Product Director - Finance

OUR MISSION At Omnea, we’re reinventing how enterprise businesses operate, starting with the most painful parts: procurement – where a single purchase can drag on for months, trigger 50+ emails, and pull in Finance, Legal, Security, and IT just to get something approved. We’ve raised $75M from Khosla Ventures, Insight Partners, and Accel to change that. Our AI-native platform connects every person, step, and system so buying is fast, safe, and efficient – one place to request, automated approvals and renewals, real-time supplier risk, and complete spend visibility. The opportunity is massive. Every enterprise on the planet has this problem and nobody has solved it. We’ve 10x’d ARR to double-digit millions in 18 months and are trusted by global enterprises like Spotify, MongoDB, Monzo, and Albertsons. We’re now the 4th fastest growing startup https://sifted.eu/leaderboards/sifted-future-50-2025 in Europe & the Sunday Times' #1 Best Medium Sized Tech Company To Work for. Our team previously scaled Tessian (cybersecurity tech, backed by Sequoia, Balderton, Accel, acquired post-Series C), and our team includes ex-founders operators who’ve grown unicorns, shipped world-class products, and executed at the highest levels. You’ll work alongside leaders like Ben https://www.linkedin.com/in/ben-freeman-a8542166/, Abs https://www.linkedin.com/in/abhirukt/, Sabrina https://www.linkedin.com/in/scastiglione/, and Rebe https://www.linkedin.com/in/rebecatristan/. ABOUT THE ROLE We’re looking for a Product Director - Finance to lead product across the finance offering of the Omnea platform. Procurement is tightly coupled with finance processes - creating purchase orders, collecting invoices, matching and global payments. We are looking for a product leader with experience in this space, who recognises the commercial potential and is hungry to build a differentiated product as part of the Omnea platform. In this role, you’ll be hands-on in setting product direction and driving execution from day one, and rapidly grow into building and managing a team of PMs as we scale - ensuring we’re building the right things with speed, clarity, and customer obsession. This is a leadership role that blends execution, product vision and organizational scaling. You’ll report into the VP of Product and work closely with design, engineering, and go-to-market leaders to scale Omnea at pace. WHAT YOU’LL DO - Own product strategy and execution for Omnea’s finance offering. - Demonstrate the market opportunity, the investment case and the execution plan. - Hire and coach high-performing product managers. - Drive product planning, decision-making, and communication across functions and leadership. - Ensure we are learning fast and shipping thoughtfully - balancing speed with rigour. - Partner with go-to-market to position and differentiate Omnea’s product. - Partners with customer team to support onboarding, growth, and customer feedback loops. - Help define and evolve Omnea’s product development culture as we scale - including rituals, values, and operating principles. ABOUT YOU - 9+ years of product management experience, including 3+ years managing PMs. - Experience building finance products from 0 to 1. - Enterprise B2B experience - you have built for enterprise customers and contributed to commercial success. - Strong product strategy chops - you can define vision, sequence bets, and zoom into detail. - Track record of building and scaling product teams in high-growth or startup environments. - You lead with context, not control - and you coach PMs to think independently and execute well. - Excellent communicator with the ability to align stakeholders and drive clear decisions. - You care deeply about product quality and have a nose for what great looks like.
