What You Bring • Experience in software engineering, engineer prompt management systems and versioning tools for consistent AI interactions. • Proficiency (must-have) in: Python, TypeScript, Node.js, VS Code, GitHub, Google Apps Script, and prompt engineering • Ability to create and optimize RAG systems that make company knowledge instantly accessible Demonstrated experience building and maintaining production applications, not just prototypes • Develop AI-powered analytics pipelines that transform unstructured data into actionable insights • Implement conversational AI interfaces that streamline internal support and enhance productivity • Stay current with advancements in GenAI, vector databases, and embeddings technologies Strong written communication, able to document technical work for a non-technical audience • Thrive in a cross-functional, globally distributed team environment. What makes you a fit • You can explain a complex technical or AI concept in simple terms to someone with zero engineering background • You default to documenting your work as you build, not after • You're energized by complex technical builds embedded in a marketing organization, you like translating business/creative needs into working systems • You collaborate well with non-engineers and treat enablement (helping others use what you build) as part of the job, not an afterthought Benefits and Perks At impact.com, we believe that when you’re happy and fulfilled, you do your best work.
