Senior Product Manager

Radiology is the second most used healthcare service, used by over 51% of the workforce annually. Despite the critical role of radiology in healthcare, the process for undergoing a medical imaging exam has remained unchanged for decades. OneImaging is solving this with a concierge approach and a premium-quality radiology network of over 5,000 vetted providers across 48 states, which also reduces imaging costs by 60-80%. Our solution helps patients and families access essential radiology services at fair prices and without surprise bills, all while delivering immediate savings and ROI for employers and payers on every exam. We are seeking a highly analytical, experimentation-driven Senior Product Manager, Member Engagement to own the full member (user) journey—from first touch through exam completion and repeat usage. This PM will drive the roadmap for identity, onboarding, engagement, and conversion funnels, ensuring members can effortlessly register, schedule, and complete their imaging exams. This is a high-impact, growth-oriented IC role responsible for increasing registration rates, improving funnel performance, and boosting completion rates across the member experience. Reporting to the Director of Product, you will partner cross-functionally with Marketing, Sales, Engineering, Design, Data, Member Services, and Customer Support to create a seamless, intuitive, and conversion-optimized experience that drives measurable business outcomes. What you'll do: • Own and optimize the end-to-end member engagement and activation roadmap, including login, registration, onboarding, identity flows, member home, and profile management. • Build intuitive, frictionless experiences that improve registration rate, increase order initiation, and boost exam completion. • Design and execute rigorous A/B tests and experimentation frameworks to identify improvements across the funnel, from first touch to order completion and follow-through. • Partner closely with Marketing and Growth to ensure cohesive messaging, personalized journeys, and high-performing acquisition-to-activation handoffs. • Work tightly with Engineering, Design, and Data to ship high-quality product experiences with clear requirements, strong technical understanding, and crisp execution. • Leverage analytics tools (Amplitude, Looker, SQL) to develop insights, diagnose friction points, and uncover opportunities to increase funnel efficiency and retention. • Contribute to scheduling and payments-related enhancements that improve the overall member journey and reduce drop-off, even if not part of your core scope. • Represent engagement performance, insights, roadmap, and experiments to leadership with clarity, data rigor, and a deep understanding of member behavior. • Lead stakeholder alignment across Marketing, Growth, Member Services, Provider Ops, and Operations, ensuring cross-functional clarity and strong roadmap buy-in. • Champion the voice of the member by running research, usability sessions, and journey mapping to drive thoughtful, human-centered improvements. About you: • 5–8+ years of product management experience, ideally within growth, consumer engagement, or funnel optimization roles. • Proven ability to meaningfully improve funnel performance—registration, activation, conversion, and completion—through experimentation and data-driven decision-making. • Hands-on experience with SQL and modern analytics tools such as Amplitude, Mixpanel, Looker, or GA. • Strong background in A/B testing, hypothesis design, statistical thinking, and rapid iteration loops. • Deep comfort in discovering friction across identity, onboarding, login/registration, and member engagement flows and turning insights into prioritizable product work. • Exceptional stakeholder management skills; able to influence cross-functional partners and drive alignment across Marketing, Engineering, Design, Data, and Operations. • Experience with scheduling, appointment booking, or payments flows is a plus. • Strong consumer instincts and a passion for building simple, elegant experiences that reduce friction and drive measurable business results. • Comfortable operating in a fast-moving, ambiguous environment with a bias toward action, impact, and collaboration. The base salary range for this position is $120,000 - $150,000. Individual compensation will depend on various factors, including qualifications, skills, experience, location, and applicable laws. In addition to base salary, this role is eligible to participate in our equity incentive and competitive benefits plans. Fraud and Security Notice: Please be aware of recent job scam attempts.
