APAC - General Manager

OUR MISSION At Omnea, we’re reinventing how enterprise businesses operate, starting with the most painful parts: procurement – where a single purchase can drag on for months, trigger 50+ emails, and pull in Finance, Legal, Security, and IT just to get something approved. We’ve raised $75M from Khosla Ventures, Insight Partners, and Accel to change that. Our AI-native platform connects every person, step, and system so buying is fast, safe, and efficient – one place to request, automated approvals and renewals, real-time supplier risk, and complete spend visibility. The opportunity is massive. Every enterprise on the planet has this problem and nobody has solved it. We’ve 10x’d ARR to double-digit millions in 18 months and are trusted by global enterprises like Spotify, MongoDB, Monzo, and Albertsons. We’re now the 4th fastest growing startup https://sifted.eu/leaderboards/sifted-future-50-2025 in Europe & the Sunday Times' #1 Best Medium Sized Tech Company To Work for. Our team previously scaled Tessian (cybersecurity tech, backed by Sequoia, Balderton, Accel, acquired post-Series C), and our team includes ex-founders operators who’ve grown unicorns, shipped world-class products, and executed at the highest levels. You’ll work alongside leaders like Ben https://www.linkedin.com/in/ben-freeman-a8542166/, Abs https://www.linkedin.com/in/abhirukt/, Sabrina https://www.linkedin.com/in/scastiglione/, and Rebe https://www.linkedin.com/in/rebecatristan/. WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR We’re looking for a commercial powerhouse and inspiring leader to take Omnea overseas to the APAC and through its next phase of growth. As our founding APAC GM, you’ll be responsible for APAC market build and driving revenue growth — driving our biggest deals, as well as building the teams and playbooks, that take us from strong traction to market leadership. This is a unique opportunity to a GTM leadership position at Omnea, which will be reporting to the CCO & CEO. You’ll own regional revenue growth and processes, talent development, and represent Omnea in high-stakes customer conversations with CFOs, COOs, and procurement leaders at some of the world’s largest companies. You’re passionate about being hands-on and directly driving deals, scaling a high-performing sales organisation, coaching our team into world-class managers, and driving consistent execution across the region. Taking ownership of our APAC expansion, you’ll create the blueprint for global expansion; your work will set the standard for how Omnea scales internationally. WHAT CAN YOU EXPECT? - Set GTM strategy and direct deal execution You’ll be first APAC GTM leader at one of Europe’s fastest growing B2B SaaS companies and our most senior leader in the APAC region. You’ll run the engine for our APAC revenue growth, and personally drive and close the largest deals in the region. You’ll set the commercial strategy for the region by partnering with our CEO & CCO on GTM strategy; expanding Omnea’s ICP & verticals and spearheading nuances required to win in APAC. - Represent Omnea externally and be hands-on in the field. You’ll take on the role as Omnea’s exec sponsor across a lot of core deals in the region. You’ll represent us as the regional face at industry events, analyst briefings, and customer roundtables, building trust and recognition for Omnea’s category-defining vision. You’ll work directly on high-stakes deals with CFOs, COOs, and Procurement leaders at enterprise customers — setting the tone for what “great” looks like in every engagement. - Drive operational excellence & GTM performance By partnering with Marketing, Partnerships and RevOps you’ll ensure every part of our machine is aligned for growth. You’ll architect the APAC outbound engine with CAs, partners, and analyst influence. You’ll embed rigor into forecasting, pipeline management, territory planning, deal reviews and process execution — creating a culture of discipline, data, and excellence. You’ll own APAC revenue targets with accurate forecasting, run pipeline and deal reviews to ensure quality, velocity, and disciplined execution (MEDDPIC). - Influence Product expansion with APAC customer insight Deeply understand APAC enterprise stacks and buying environments, and turn field signal into clear product requirements and prioritisation. Drive integration gaps and workflows across customer tech stack and adjacent tools. Champion APAC security, compliance, and data‑residency expectations so we build the right things for the APAC market. - Build & lead a world-class team. You’ll recruit, coach, and inspire exceptional GTM leaders — empowering them to build high-performance teams across sales. You’ll hands-on help your team navigate complex sales cycles with the world’s leading mid-market and enterprise tech businesses and coach them to become sales leaders at Omnea and in their careers. You’ll build a high-performing culture of accountability, collaboration, and excellence. ABOUT YOU You’re an enthusiastic seller, strategic operator and a world-class people leader, with the energy and executional intensity of a founder. - You’re not afraid to be in the weeds, get your hands dirty and directly drive deals but you’re also passionate about coaching your team to do their best work. You get on airplanes at EOQ, together with your team - 10+ years of experience in B2B SaaS leadership, with 3+ years leading regional GTM or P&L functions. You have a track record as an enterprise sales IC as well as a leader, where you’re known for being hands-on, not a RevOps dashboard manager - You understand hustle & complexity, ideally you’ve had experience selling challenger products in tough environments. Proper enterprise deals (100k+) with lots of stakeholders and project management (not PLG/ usage-based, mid-market/high volume) - Proven track record of building, scaling, and leading high-performing commercial teams across multiple markets (early stage to growth). Strong ability to recruit, coach, and retain an A+ sales team. You know what exceptional talent looks like, have hired and ramped them into high-performing salespeople before. - You have good commercial intuition, and the ability to build rapport, influence people & drive change, whether it’s with a distinguished exec or a junior operator. You’re a natural communicator and can get on well with anyone. You have the gravitas and executive presence to sell to senior leadership (ideally into CFOs, Legal or Procurement) Above all: You’re ambitious, commercial, collaborative, and care deeply about building something exceptional. You thrive in ambiguity, move fast, and have an almost obsessive sense of ownership and entrepreneurship; whether it’s in academia, work, sport, sales, or founding something of your own At Omnea, we embrace diversity.
