WHAT MAKES YOU SUCCESSFUL - You can quickly spot visual inconsistencies, quality issues, and creative opportunities that others miss. - You understand both the capabilities and limitations of today's AI models and know how to consistently push them further. - You naturally think in systems, workflows, and reusable frameworks that help teams scale creative output. - You combine artistic judgment with technical curiosity, constantly testing new tools and approaches. - You care deeply about the final product and are willing to iterate until the work reaches a high creative standard. NICE TO HAVE - Background in product design, visual design, motion graphics, creative technology, or related fields. - Experience building node-based workflows in ComfyUI, Fal, or similar AI infrastructure tools. - Previous experience in video production, film, advertising, gaming, or other creative industries.
