What you can expect: - Lead high-impact cross-functional programs from definition through execution across GTM and company priorities. - Translate ambiguous objectives into clear outcomes, workstreams, owners, milestones, dependencies, risks, decision points, and success measures. - Drive alignment and accountability across Sales, Customer Experience, Marketing, Product Marketing, Product Management, Revenue Operations, People, Corporate Strategy & Operations, and other teams. - Represent GTM in formal NPI stage-gate processes and help coordinate launches across stakeholders. - Build operating rhythms and program frameworks that provide visibility into priorities, progress, dependencies, decisions, risks, and outcomes. - Manage GTM operating capabilities, including knowledge and content governance, by establishing ownership, review standards, and processes for resolving outdated or conflicting information. - Create concise, executive-ready program updates that surface risks, tradeoffs, recommendations, and decisions requiring leadership attention.
