Senior Account Executive

Hubble Network was founded with the intention of delivering on the promise of what Internet-of-Things (IoT) was supposed to be. We're building a global Bluetooth® network dedicated to machine-to-machine connectivity. We differentiate ourselves as the first modem-less and gateway-less, direct-to-satellite network from off-the-shelf Bluetooth® Low Energy chips. Hubble is ideal for applications in logistics, AgTech, and maritime where economies of scale for volume consumer and enterprise asset tracking is a priority. Our goal is to be the first billion-endpoint-connected network in the world. Hubble is an early-stage, venture-backed startup supported by some of the best investors in the world. In their previous lives, the founding team has been successful in raising $100s of millions in venture funding, developing the Amazon Sidewalk network, launching billions of dollars of space assets, and leading their teams to successful exits, both through acquisition and IPO. We are now looking to bring on talented team members who are the best at what they do to help us make Hubble a reality for the world. The role We're hiring a Senior Account Executive to own and grow Hubble's largest, most strategic accounts. You'll run the full sales cycle — from strategic outbound prospecting through complex, multi-stakeholder negotiation to close — while building executive relationships inside named enterprise accounts across logistics, AgTech, maritime, and other high-value asset-tracking verticals. These are long, technical campaigns. You'll orchestrate the right internal resources at the right moment — Solutions Engineers, product, and executive leadership — to move deals through technical evaluations, proof-of-concept programs, and multi-year commercial negotiations. You'll report to the Chief Business Officer. Your territory is comprising named accounts, and it is greenfield and an established book. The role involves approximately 25% travel for customer meetings, partner meetings, and industry events. How we work • A sense of urgency — you move work from concept to reality, quickly and effectively. • First-principles thinking — you understand the why behind the what, and can reason from fundamentals rather than running a script. • High learning agility — you like learning, you're honest about what you don't know yet, and you close those gaps on your own initiative. • Clear communication — you convey ideas effectively across technical, operational, and executive audiences. • Anticipation of needs — you spot problems early and produce practical solutions that fit an early-stage company's constraints. What you'll do • Own customer engagements from strategic outbound prospecting and qualification through negotiation and close • Build executive-level relationships inside strategic named accounts, serving as the primary point of contact and trusted advisor • Orchestrate internal resources — Solutions Engineers, product, and executive leadership — at the right stage of each deal • Build and prioritize a qualified target account list, and formalize territory and account strategy • Run complex, multi-stakeholder campaigns involving technical evaluations, proof-of-concept programs, and long-cycle commercial negotiation • Forecast pipeline and revenue accurately, keeping a disciplined, well-documented process in the CRM • Represent Hubble at industry events and with key strategic partners • Help build sales best practices for the organization as the team scales What we're looking for • 7+ years of experience in a full-cycle closing role, ideally in IoT, connected hardware, enterprise software, or satellite and wireless communications. • A track record of consistently meeting or exceeding quota in complex accounts • Experience owning enterprise-scale deals and C-level relationships • Demonstrated ability to lead multi-stakeholder campaigns that include technical evaluations and proof-of-concept programs • Comfort with strategic outbound prospecting as a core part of the role • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with credibility across both technical and executive audiences Nice to have • Experience selling into logistics, AgTech, maritime, or other asset-tracking and industrial IoT verticals • Background in satellite communications, GPS and positioning, or wireless connectivity technology • Experience navigating ITAR or export-controlled sales environments • Experience at an early-stage or high-growth hardware or connectivity startup COMPENSATION & BENEFITS 💰 Salary + commission ($110,000-$184,000 commensurate with experience 50/50 base/commission split) 🩺 Comprehensive Benefits – Health, Dental, Vision, & HSA options 🌍 Unlimited PTO 🚇 Commuter Benefits (if working from HQ) 🎓 Learning & Development Allowance 💪 Health & Wellness Stipend 🌎 Sabbatical Program – Recharge and explore new ideas 🛠 Cutting-Edge Space Tech – Work on state-of-the-art satellite system The posted compensation range reflects multiple levels within Hubble Network's Talent architecture. Final level placement and corresponding compensation will be determined through the interview and assessment process, taking into consideration factors such as the candidate's relevant experience, qualifications, skills, and geographic location!
