Head of Growth Marketing, Enterprise

ABOUT CODERABBIT CodeRabbit is the leading AI code review platform, trusted by more than 17,000 customers and 150,000 open-source projects, conducting over 2 million code reviews each week. We build the symbiotic partnership between developers and AI that makes shipping fast software safe again, reviewing every pull request, IDE change, and CLI commit so teams can move quickly without breaking things.   We are a fast-moving, well-funded company, fresh off a $143M Series C at a $1.5B valuation — building Agentic Change Management, the control layer for software changes created by humans and agents. As AI writes more of the world's code, the bottleneck moves from implementation to judgment and helping human judgment scale is exactly the problem we exist to solve. CodeRabbit is building the AI platform that helps engineering teams ship better code, faster. We're looking for a Head of Growth Marketing, Enterprise to own the marketing engine behind our enterprise revenue motion. You'll turn deep customer insight into pipeline: defining priority audiences, sharpening enterprise positioning, building account-based programs, and partnering tightly with Sales, Solutions Engineering, Product, and Customer Success. This is a hands-on leadership role for someone who can set strategy, execute quickly, and measure what works. WHAT YOU'LL DO - Own enterprise growth strategy from target-account selection through pipeline creation, acceleration, and expansion. - Build and run account-based marketing programs for strategic accounts and buying committees. - Develop clear messaging, campaigns, and content for technical, security, engineering, and executive audiences. - Partner with Sales leadership to translate territory plans and account insight into repeatable programs. - Lead integrated demand-generation campaigns across digital, events, partners, content, lifecycle, and field marketing. - Establish the reporting cadence for enterprise marketing: sourced and influenced pipeline, conversion, velocity, win rate, CAC, and expansion impact. - Use customer, market, and competitive insight to improve positioning and identify new growth opportunities. - Build and lead a high-performing enterprise growth marketing team over time. WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR - 8+ years in B2B SaaS growth, demand generation, ABM, or field marketing, including meaningful enterprise experience. - A track record of creating measurable pipeline with complex, multi-stakeholder buying groups. - Strong command of enterprise GTM: segmentation, ICP definition, account prioritization, buying-committee mapping, and sales alignment. - Excellent positioning and storytelling instincts, especially for technical products and developer-facing audiences. - Analytical rigor and comfort owning performance metrics end-to-end. - A builder's mindset: strategic enough to set direction, practical enough to launch the campaign yourself. - Strong cross-functional leadership and the ability to earn trust with Sales, Product, and executive stakeholders. NICE TO HAVE - Experience marketing developer tools, AI products, cybersecurity, or engineering productivity software. - Experience selling into large technology organizations and regulated enterprises. - Familiarity with PLG-to-enterprise conversion motions. WHY THIS ROLE MATTERS CodeRabbit has meaningful momentum across both PLG and enterprise. This role will help turn that momentum into a disciplined, scalable enterprise growth engine—creating demand, improving conversion, and making CodeRabbit the obvious choice for engineering leaders at the world's most ambitious companies. CodeRabbit is an equal opportunity employer. We welcome applicants from all backgrounds and are committed to building an inclusive team.
