Commercial Associate - Enterprise GTM

OUR MISSION At Omnea, we’re reinventing how enterprise businesses operate, starting with the most painful parts: procurement – where a single purchase can drag on for months, trigger 50+ emails, and pull in Finance, Legal, Security, and IT just to get something approved. We’ve raised $75M from Khosla Ventures, Insight Partners, and Accel to change that. Our AI-native platform connects every person, step, and system so buying is fast, safe, and efficient – one place to request, automated approvals and renewals, real-time supplier risk, and complete spend visibility. The opportunity is massive. Every enterprise on the planet has this problem and nobody has solved it. We’ve 10x’d ARR to double-digit millions in 18 months and are trusted by global enterprises like Spotify, MongoDB, Monzo, and Albertsons. We’re now the 4th fastest growing startup https://sifted.eu/leaderboards/sifted-future-50-2025 in Europe & the Sunday Times' #1 Best Medium Sized Tech Company To Work for. Our team previously scaled Tessian (cybersecurity tech, backed by Sequoia, Balderton, Accel, acquired post-Series C), and our team includes ex-founders operators who’ve grown unicorns, shipped world-class products, and executed at the highest levels. You’ll work alongside leaders like Ben https://www.linkedin.com/in/ben-freeman-a8542166/, Abs https://www.linkedin.com/in/abhirukt/, Sabrina https://www.linkedin.com/in/scastiglione/, and Rebe https://www.linkedin.com/in/rebecatristan/. From day one you own a territory, work live deals, and drive real revenue. Most people are promoted into a closing role within 9–12 months – the fastest in 6. We treat sales as a craft. Selling is building. https://www.omnea.co/blog/selling-is-building Like law, medicine, or finance, great sellers are made through apprenticeship: learning the fundamentals alongside people who've mastered them, while building relationships that compound over a career.   CHALLENGES YOU'LL TACKLE Our goal is for you to start closing enterprise deals as quickly as possible. In this role you will: - Get a territory – on day one you own a market. Alongside a senior sales leader, you'll prioritise accounts, research the landscape, and build a strategy to win new business. - Learn how to pitch – in your first month you'll go through a bootcamp on how to sell, position, and close, taught by the top sellers in the business. - Build relationships – embed yourself in your market by running targeted events, hosting dinners, and building a lasting network of C-suite executives. - Win new business – once ramped, you'll own a qualified deals target and support senior leaders on late-stage deals. - Own a revenue line – as soon as you're ready, you'll carry a full revenue target and double your payout.   ABOUT YOU - You've outperformed in a high-calibre environment before - You're naturally competitive and drawn to hard things – a startup, a founding journey, competitive sport, a demanding degree - You're a natural at building relationships and communities - You want to move as fast as possible   HOW WE BENCHMARK We care about potential over pedigree - where you've been matters less than what you can do. OTE, US: $130k – $180k, uncapped Every offer includes equity. (We benchmark comp throughout the interview process rather than fixing a number upfront. Where you land depends on your experience, your estimated ramp time, and how quickly we expect you to progress into a full closing role)   INTERVIEW PROCESS 1.
