This role designs, standardizes, and scales materials management and warehouse processes, and serves as the subject matter expert (SME) for supply chain systems, inventory control, and warehouse operations. RESPONSIBILITIES PROCESS AND SOP STANDARDIZATION • Develop, publish, and maintain standardized SOPs for receiving, storage, inventory control, kitting, and replenishment. • Drive enterprise-wide standardization so every site runs the same core processes, with documented, approved exceptions only. • Manage SOP version control and change management so field practice and written procedure stay aligned. TEAM LEADERSHIP • Lead, develop, and set priorities for the Supply Training & Analysis Team. • Set the team's annual plan for curriculum releases, site training cycles, readiness assessments, and reporting. • Coach team members on instructional quality, data analysis, and technical depth in materials and warehouse operations. AUDITS, KPIS, AND CORRECTIVE ACTION • Conduct process audits and monitor KPIs, including inventory accuracy, pick accuracy, dock-to-stock time, and shortages. • Lead root cause analysis and implement corrective action plans (CAPs), and feed recurring findings back into SOPs and training. • Report site readiness and performance trends to Supply Chain leadership. SYSTEMS AND PRODUCTION SCALING • Support production scaling with historical data pulled from current programs of record. • Prepare new and expanding sites to operate to enterprise standards from day one.
