Manage compensation surveys, market data and vendor relationships to keep our programs current and evidence-based. 7. Build compensation capability across P&P and People Managers through simple tools, guidance and repeatable processes. WE'RE LOOKING FOR SOMEONE WHO 1. Strong experience in remuneration and benefits, with a track record of owning reward processes in a fast-paced environment. 2. Hands-on experience in job sizing, benchmarking and remuneration reviews. 3. Proven ability to take strategic direction and translate it into high-quality execution. 4. Strong analytical skills, using data and market insight to make sound, well-reasoned recommendations. 5.
