About You - The Experience: You have 2+ years in Account Management or Customer Success within the SaaS space, with a proven track record of hitting revenue and retention targets. - The Communicator: You are confident leading Executive Business Reviews with C-Suite leaders and can translate complex software features into measurable business impact. - The "People Person": You establish rapport with ease—whether in-person or online—and naturally channel empathy into effective client advocacy. - Tech-Passionate: You love teaching people how technology can solve their everyday problems and make their professional lives better. - Civic-Minded: You’re excited by the opportunity to impact politics and public affairs; perhaps you’ve worked on a campaign or are a self-proclaimed "news junkie."
