This includes working with municipalities, elected officials, community groups, NGOs and other stakeholders, to ensure the project minimizes its impacts and maximizes its local benefits. This role will suit someone with proven experience engaging a diverse range of stakeholders, who is comfortable working in complex environments with sometimes competing interests, builds trust easily, navigates different perspectives, and can confidently represent the voice of the community within the organization. This is a locally based role that requires a regular on-the-ground presence in West Texas communities.
