ChatGPT, Claude, Perplexity and Google AI Overviews are becoming a new layer between brands and their customers. Searchable helps companies understand their visibility across these platforms, identify opportunities and take action through AI-powered workflows spanning SEO, AEO and GEO. We are backed by leading angels and VCs and are building the team that will define this category. We are looking for a Senior Content and Marketing Designer to set a high bar for how Searchable shows up in the world. This is a senior, hands-on visual design role. You will lead work across brand, advertising, social media, our website and sales and marketing materials. You will turn strategy into strong creative ideas, take those ideas through to polished execution and build the systems that help the whole company move faster. WHAT YOU’LL DO - Lead creative concepts from early direction through final production across brand and marketing - Create high-quality advertising and social media work that earns attention and communicates a clear idea - Design website graphics, landing page visuals, product illustrations and launch campaigns - Produce sales decks, one-pagers, case studies, reports and other materials that help teams tell a consistent story - Partner closely with founders, design, product and marketing to shape briefs and decide what the work needs to achieve - Set visual direction for campaigns and important company moments, then deliver the work yourself in Figma - Build reusable templates and visual systems that improve consistency without making the brand feel repetitive - Turn product insights, customer stories and data into clear, compelling visual narratives - Manage several priorities without losing attention to production details, formats or channel requirements - Raise the creative bar through direct feedback, clear rationale and excellent execution WHO YOU ARE - You have a strong portfolio of brand and marketing design work for digital products or technology companies - You have owned meaningful campaigns or visual systems as a senior individual contributor - You are highly skilled in Figma and use it confidently from concept through final production - You have excellent judgement in typography, layout, composition, colour and visual hierarchy - You are as comfortable finding the idea as you are producing the final asset - You can create excellent work across advertising, social media, websites and sales materials - You turn loose briefs and business goals into clear creative direction without waiting for perfect information - You can explain your decisions, give constructive feedback and influence work beyond your own output - You balance speed, quality and consistency in a fast-moving team - You care about the message and audience, not just how the work looks - You enjoy working in person and collaborating closely with the people around you NICE TO HAVE - Experience designing for B2B, analytics, AI or other technical products - Experience building or evolving a visual identity across multiple channels - Comfort using Paper.design http://Paper.design for creative exploration and production - Experience using Midjourney or similar tools to create and refine original visual directions - An interest in AI Search, SEO, AEO or GEO A NOTE FROM SAM, CO-FOUNDER Building a new category means we cannot rely on familiar visual shortcuts. The work needs to explain something new, earn attention and still feel unmistakably Searchable. I work across design and product at Searchable, and you will work closely with me, our founders and the rest of the team every day. We will shape briefs together, share feedback quickly and stay close to the work until it is right. I want to work with someone who can find the strongest idea, make the work themselves and raise the standard around them. You will have real ownership over how Searchable looks and feels across every important marketing touchpoint. Sam Hogan Co-founder LOCATION This is an in-person role based at our office near London Bridge.
