THE GIST:
We’re looking for a Marketing & Office Coordinator to join our fast-growing robotics startup– someone to be the face of the office to visitors, to set the tone for the team day-to-day, to support all of our marketing efforts from tradeshows to media planning, and to plan the team events that make this place feel like an amazing place to work.

- Serve as day-to-day contact for external designers, photographers, videographers, and event vendors
- Support PR activities: media requests, award submissions, speaking opportunities, announcements
- Help track marketing activities and engagement
- Help tell the stories of our characters, technology, team, customers, and partners
Office
- Be the point person for all visitors — greet them, manage building/office access, make sure they're not wandering around unsupervised
- Shape the team culture– plan social events and off-sites
- Coordinate catering for team moments — new joiner breakfasts, team lunches, etc. — from ordering to setup to cleanup
- Own the all team calendar, ensuring all team members are invited and feel welcome to events and are aware of special visits
- Manage company SWAG, for employees and outside events
- Keep the kitchenette tidy and stocked
- Manage relationship with landlord: access cards, parking passes, special requests, general account admin

MUST-HAVES:
- 1–2+ years in marketing, communications, events, office management, or executive support
- Strong communicator and clear writer
- Fun and outgoing, and you get along with a wide variety of people
- Naturally organized and proactive: you notice the snack drawer is low before anyone complains, and you juggle multiple projects comfortably
- Reliable and punctual
- Comfortable in a fast-moving startup where responsibilities evolve quickly
NICE-TO-HAVES:
- Experience with social media, website content management, or event coordination
- Basic budget tracking (catering, snacks, events, SWAG)
